  MISLEADING COVID POLICY AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE I am very sad to say I was truly disappointed with my experience with this travel agency. I booked a journey for the Northern Lights experience, but the information regarding the covid policy was highly confusing and contradictory. I have asthma which prevents me from being able to wear a face mask for a prolonged time. The bus tour was going to be about 12 hours and I kindly asked customer service if it was truly necessary to wear a mask during all this time. They bluntly respoded 'YES', This information was, by the way, really hard to find on their website, and I was confused from the beginning by all the different 'policies', which seemed contradictory to each other. In the end, I had to cancel, only to get half of my money back and find out later, by a friend who attended that trip, that they actually did NOT had to wear a mask at all during the bus trip... In other words - customer service lied to me about the face mask policy and they took half of my money for the trip, even though I cancelled in time. Can't even express my disappointment. Terrible!

  This was definitely one of my favourite holidays I've done. The locations are absolutely stunning in winter, and the accommodation was perfectly cute and cosy. As for the activities, I liked that you can decide whether you want to participate or not, and there are plenty of other fun or relaxing things you can do instead. I wasn't such a fan of the animal-based activities such as the reindeer and husky sledding as I don't really agree with these being used as tourism, however the cross country skiing, snowshoeing, arctic swimming, and Nothern lights hunting were wonderful. I would say this trip is really great value and is very convenient in terms of having transport, accommodation, and activities sorted. The only let down for me was the guide, who seemed particularly disengaged. Overall I would absolutely recommend this trip and would even go again.

  Kalle and Nina were great tour guides. They were knowledgeable, funny, and organized. The whole trip went very smoothly. I enjoyed every second of this trip and hope to one day visit Finland again.

  Our first bus tour in Europe and it exceeded all our expectations! Our tour guide was amazing and he had a great sense of humour. The bus ride was too long however, the destination was worth it! Thank you for the amazing experience! Lapland & Norway was the highlights.

  An amazing trip! Can highly recommend all the activities: the husky and artic swimming and sauna were particular highlights. The cabins were fitted out well and toasty warm. Tour guide and our bus driver couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a once in a lifetime experience and can't recommend it more!
