  Overall a great tour. Much more than we expected. Highly recommend instead of trying to visit a foreign country without a tour guide and driver-- both of whom were fabulous !!

  Very well organized. Very knowledgeable guide who went out of his way to make this a truly memorable experience. I especially liked his readings of "The Little Prince" on some of the longer bus rides. Be prepared to climb lots of stairs or sit out some of the more challenging sites. The hotels were all good to excellent and food was delicious.

  Jo was amazingly organized, knowledgeable and timely. Always smiling and happy to introduce our group to new sites and information. Her communication and first and foremost excellent; always giving us "heads up" before the action took place. I and three other tour companions were gluten intolerant (gluten free/sans gluten), she was absolutely sensitive to all of our allergy needs even providing bread and snacks when we were unable to eat what others on the tour were. That to me is ABOVE and BEYOND what was expected and most certainly greatly appreciated. She was so very approachable, friendly and fun to travel with.

  The itienerary was good, visiting sites of great cultural interest/beauty (eg mediaeval villages, Mont St Michel, several chateaux), and historical interest (eg D-Day beaches, St Malo). Porterage was included, significant issue for out group.

  The tour visited some sites of great cultural beauty (eg medieval town centres, Mont St Michel, and several chateaux) and historical significance (eg D-Day Beaches). Service was comprehensive and included free porterage.

  Need to include The City of Tours on the itinerary. There was. Or hung that day but travel and you charged us for an optional excursion. There wasn’t enough time to see the town. Consider adding it and then soon a dinner at the hotel.
