- ACONNIE SCOTT· June 11th, 2024Our main Guide Ahmed was fantastic. Very thorough and looked after us well. I would strongly recommend continuing to use him. The guide who took us around Fez was also terrific and did a fantastic job. The morning guide we had in Marrakesh however was disappointing. I can't recall his name but he spoke mostly in French and when he did speak English it was a considerably shorter version of what he said in French. Even the French speaking guests on our tour kept telling him to speak English. He wasn't conscious of keeping us together so one of our tour members took it upon himself to keep an eye on everyone. Supratim· November 2nd, 2023Driver and hotel choices are good. Guide was not good. He was rude. Insulted people over tips. Also convinced people to change the Atlas mountain route to highway route bypassing the mountain sights by saying it will save 4-5 hrs. Eventually it saved only 1 hr and we missed some amazing places. He also became angry as nobody wanted to take the optional Fez night tour. Overall good tour. Could have been betterwith a better guide.Show more

- NNancyNorris· October 27th, 2019My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the Authentic Morocco trip by Wingbuddy. We learned so much about the country and Akmed, the tour guide, was exceptional. He was very thorough with each days' plans and as we were the only couple who purchased the full board meal plan, he ensured that we never had to worry about whether or not the restaurants were aware of this fact. I truly believe that Akmed made this trip a 5 star! He always made sure that the group was well taken care of. As for the tour itself, our group consisted of just 24 people, speaking 3 languages. On two of the days, another guide was added so that we English Canadians (8 of us) had our very own semi-private tours. Never did we feel unsafe, and never did we have to worry about getting lost in the ancient medinas (something that can easily happen) as the tour guide always checked to see if we were with him. I would recommend purchasing the full board plan, as the rest of the group was taken to the same restaurants, and we were able to order from the menu, like everyone else, except we didn't have to worry about fiddling with cash at the end of the meal (unless you ordered drinks, which are not included in the full board).Show moreTrip date: October 2019

- Rakesh· June 9th, 2019Hotel we stayed were not in good condition Hotel in Casablanca has a really bad odour And repeated requests didn’t help smell was in all the rooms at 9th floor Hotel in Marrakech has no AC functioning We were a group of 10people and hotel in Marrakesh all five Roos have no phone working and no ac functioning After our request they change our rooms but they shut off ac at 11pm and it comes back 5am Perhaps saving electricity pls do some action as it was very hot in marrakechShow moreTrip date: June 2019

We were split up every evening for dinner and morning for breakfast and very awkward as to who was going to the better hotels when we were dropped off:( Also, I ended up touring on my own the last day.
