- BABlossom· June 23rd, 2023A hectic and fast paced trip, starting with early mornings. Loved Niagara Falls and being able to go to the Canadian side for one night (remember to apply for a Canadian Esta and bring your passport). Pennsylvania and Amish country side was a treat. Wish we had more time there. Love hearing about American history. Then Washington DC- amazing city. We disembarked after touring DC monuments and aeronautical museum and spent two more days in DC. - NORELA· October 1st, 2019There was massive miscommunication from the start.Tour radar made a mess of everything.I emailed TourRadar twice for the meeting point of the tour.They gave me the WRONG MEETING POINT twice.I waited from 6.15 am at the wrong place.There qas no one to ask and TourRadar did not pick up the phone.There was no other phone number attached.It was only when the staff at The Grayline center came over at 6.30 am that he directed is 5 blocks away.We almost missed the bus. Once on the bus an unnamed man with no name tag told us that the tour operator (Empire Vacations)hadn't been paid by Bamba.I then had to reluctantly give my visa card details again to him.Payment to TourRadar was already done 3 weeks ago. This was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE caused by TourRadar and Bamba. DO NOT BOOK ANY TOUR throught TourRadar. An email from TourRadar confirming the updated meeting point was only sent at 5 pm on the day the bus had already arrived Niagara.TOO LATE!Show more
