However all vouchers and arrangements were good and we moved from place to place easily enough. Felt the last hotel in Oslo was poor, but the Kviknes hotel in Balestrand was outstanding. - KKathleenBond· September 30th, 2019Everything was wrong. 2 out three hotels. Timing of the boat to Bergen.The English got coloured brochures about the itinerary we got nothing. Only a piece of paper saying we were staying at The Thon Opera and to meet at reception. It was in fact The Scandic Victoria. Who by the way charged us $20 to go into a room early that was ready. 20 minutes in Bergen dragging our cases over cobblestones to the Terminus hotel not the Scandic Neptun. The English were told to only take carry on luggage we were told nothing. Now in your latest itinerary I notice you have a taxi from the airport in Bergen to Oslo (wow) long way. Another mistake it goes on and on. Still shocked that something that wasn't cheap could be so wrong.
