    We thoroughly enjoyed our experience in Egypt and would recommend to this trip to Friends and Family. Each guide and our coordinator did an outstanding job. Minor hiccups are to be expected on an adventure and were addressed and rectified immediately. Thank You Hassan, Faieed, Hany and Mohammed for keeping us on schedule and sharing your beautiful country with us!! What a trip!!

    We booked the Classic Egypt tour with Fez Travel. Turns out Fez were just the middle man, we were actually doing the tour with Encounters Travel which wasn't made clear to us. The tour was brilliant and we couldn't be happier, but wish we'd have known that Fez weren't actually running the tour because we were unable to take advantage of the special offer all our other travellers had by booking with Encounters - so we ended up paying more. That said, Fez were very good - very responsive and helpful in the booking stage and we chose them because they explicitly stated the hotels we'd be staying in whereas others just said "a 4 star" etc. That meant we could be sure we'd have all the things we wanted like a pool and a gym and those things brought so much value to our trip, so we're happy. It put our minds at rest. There was one hiccup though. We booked realllly last minute and they said they couldn't arrange for us an airport pick up. In the end Fez/Encounters did organise us an airport pick up (which is good because the airport is a bit chaotic and as your first experience of the country might be a bit much) but we weren't specifically told so were a bit confused when we saw a chap holding our names up with an Encounters Travel sign! All worked out in the end though, had a brilliant holiday! Thanks to everyone for their hard work

    • Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
    • Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before June 22nd, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 22nd, 2025, a minimum payment of $250 is required to confirm your booking with Fez Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Fez Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Fez Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
