- Beatriz· March 28th, 2022Group tours are always tricky, specially because you have to wait on others and you do not really have a say of where to go/what to do. The buffets we stop at for lunch were pretty bad, as in food was not good and it was expensive. At one buffet - at Kerak Castle - the food finished and there was no vegetarian options. Luckily, I did not have to pay for that, since I was not able to eat. Please keep in mind that if you are vegetarian, you have to remind the tour guide that vegetarians do not eat chicken!!! Tour guides eat for free at the buffet restaurants, so they wil try to always take you there. On the way to the Dead Sea, we stopped at a local restaurant, where a "family cooks for you", which in reality it is a restaurant on the highway. The food was amazing, and probably the best food we ate that week. Our tour guide was extremely religous, which can be a plus or a bad for some people. Also, I did not find him the most polite person around, as he could not really deal with disagreements and different opinions. The tour was overall pleasant, but keep in mind everything is in a hurry. I would have appreciated more time for pictures and less religious commentaries. Also, timing was not very explicit. Many times we did not know what was happening until the time IT WAS happening. Not knowing what time lunch is, or the exact time certain activities were was very frustrating. Always bring a snack with you, because days are long and you do not know when the next buffet is. We asked for street food, only to be told it is not safe - however, we had street food wherever the tour guide can get it for free! Also, keep in mind, this tour does NOT come with the Jordan Pass included!!! You have to pay for it. Also, it does not come with tips, camel rides, and Petra by NIght! Overall, I would book with the company again, but not as a group! If necessary, it is easy to change the tour guide if I am alone, rather than a group!Show moreTrip date: March 2022
- SKSantuzza· November 11th, 2019Highly recommend this tour- you see all the major destinations in Jordan without being rushed, comfortable hotels (fantastic breakfast in our hotel in Amman, btw), clean buses with excellent drivers, the food was delicious everywhere we stopped and last but not least we had the “well of knowledge” Mr. Khaled as our most gracious and patient guide:) 5-Stars all the way!Show moreTrip date: November 2019

- JJen· January 22nd, 2019The actual tour was amazing and we loved it, sadly let down by the communications from the Jordanian booking team. We weren’t expected a private tour for the two of us so it was a lovely surprise! Our driver and guide were both amazing- considerate, extremely helpful and polite and really made the trip special for us. The itinerary was great, the only tour I could find that had an overnight in Petra beforehand so you could make the most of the day. They hired a car specifically for us which was fairly new and very comfortable, more people booking would get a bigger car/ minibus etc. Accommodation in Amman was fab, Petra was a bit dated, wadi rum camp was brilliant! Food generally fair enough, standard buffet breakfasts included and Sultan got fresh falafel and cakes for us to snack on. Pre trip issues- The Jordanian office changed the programme to miss last half day and drop us at a hotel in Aqaba instead (once they discovered 2 days before trip that we were flying home from Aqaba) despite me saying 3 times over email not to and to do they full trip finishing in Amman as we had plenty of time the following day to travel down there ourselves. When we said we wanted to do EVERYTHING in the original tour (they wanted us to miss out the Dead Sea visit) they then wanted to charge us an extra $100 to add it in on a different afternoon and still drop us in Aqaba half a day early. They eventually agree to change it back but they had said it wasn’t possible as no booking was ever made of the original tour despite me booking 6 weeks earlier! Only real negative once the tour commenced would be the short days- day ‘2’ we were finished by 2.15pm. As we hadn’t anticipated that much free time we hadn’t researched anything else to do in the city but we could have fitted much more in! Overall we loved it once we were on the actual trip and highly recommend it!Show moreTrip date: December 2018
- RPRichard· November 22nd, 2017The trip is worth the money. My guide, Sami, was excellent and the trip was very enjoyable. The bus wasn't the best and the hotels were definitely 2-3 star (as advertised) but you get what you pay for.Trip date: November 2017
