  What a great experience! Rafaella was made for this… she is a wonderful, joyful person who made every minute we spent with her so much fun. And, of course, we learned so much! The apartment was charming and everything was so well planned and thought out.

  We had so much fun... and learned so much about Italian cooking! The classes and the food were all fabulous. The apartment was perfect. The tours were really interesting, and we had a chance to de-compress. I would highly recommend this tour. Rafaella is truly amazing.

  This whole experience was outstanding! Raffaella was great, the food was and the learning experience was wonderful, and the tours were a really cool compliment to the week. I cannot say enough good things about this tour - 100% recommend, 100% would do it again!

  We originally booked this for June of 2020, but obviously had to cancel. Raffaella kindly worked with us on rescheduling. The cooking classes and outings were truly high points in our Italy vacation, and the relaxed atmosphere was a welcome break between Rome and Florence visits. Raffaella and her staff provided a very enjoyable and memorable experience. We certainly hope we can find the opportunity to return.

  One of our best vacations ever!. Raffaella was such a gracious hostess and an excellent teacher.. The meals we prepared were delicious and we learned so much about Italian cooking. It was a beautiful property, olive orchards, vineyards and an amazing view of the Italian countryside. Our time at "la volpe e luva" exceeded our expectations in every way. . If we lived closer, we would be there for all of Raffaella's classes, so much fun!! ,

  Beautiful location with delicious food and good instruction. Fun mornings taught in a small friendly group, a slap up lunch cooked by us and then afternoons free to spend how you wish. Most had a car so went touring, we did not so spent the afternoons by the large pool which we had to ourselves. Raffaella was a most welcoming boast with good English and teaching style instilling confidence to try all the skills shown and repeat them at home using the recipes and apron provided. A pasta machine is definitely going on my Christmas list!

  Staying at let’s cook Umbria and doing the cooking course with Raffaella was the highlight of our time in Italy. The location was gorgeous and the cooking was lots of fun. We loved it and Raffaella is an excellent host
