Santorini Tour Companies

The organisation of the whole tour was superb. The ‘team’ responded immediately to our questions and supplied information requested. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

That s what I call a well-rounded greek experiende. Only in 5 days, I spectated all the sights I always wanted to see in Greece. El Greco Hotel in Santorini was amazing, and also the hotel in Athens was at a central place in the city, making walking around easy.

An error on the booking date that was impossible to make, ment that I lost all my money $3016. All I asked for (begged for) was to change the date for the correct date which was over a month away (instead of 2 days away). Click Tours flat refused to even discuss. Immediate loss of 100%. Really poor service - devestated

Very well organized, very responsive to any questions, excellent communication, timely pickups. I had a issue with my room in Santorini, that was handled/resolved quickly and to my satisifaction. They even added something complimrntary in celebration of my birthday. I would recommend this Tour Company and would book again for future travel.

The best part of the tour was the communication with Rose, Wendy, Sam and Alberto. The promptness, clarity and helpfulness in their communication was impressive. Their role in organising transport etc was commendable. Many good wishes for their good work! My suggestions for some other aspects: 1. If a person opts for a group tour, at least inform them in advance that it will be not be a group tour if it so happens, rather than leaving it to them to discover when they find themselves alone on reaching the destination. 2. Select your hotels carefully keeping in mind that your customers are paying you money to have an enjoyable tour experience that a tourist looks for. If you give a hotel which is located at a completely secluded place and does not offer even the basic facilities, it spoils a tourist's experience to a large extent. 3. Prepare a standard guiding document for your various tours, like many good tour companies do. This type of document includes helpful suggestions on what to expect, what to pack, what kind of weather, what precautions to take, currency suggestions, location and shopping scenarios etc. If you have a ready and comprehensive document like this, you can share it with all your customers for a particular tour well in time. This will avoid their having to ask many questions individually. Good luck. Madhavi

Everything was delightful - the tour greeters, the airport/hotel transports, and the Santorini accommodations at El Greco Resort. The resort was the highlight in its beauty, cleanliness, complimentary buffet, service staff, and location. Highly recommend.

We loved the trip with the exception to part of the planning. There was very clear timing provided for our tour, March 5th through the 10th, however, the day we arrived to Athens and met our guide, she provided us the trip info for only March 5th through 9th. That was a bit disappointing, considering there was precious communication about our trip timing (which is part of the TourRadar package deals). Our guide, however, took care of our last day staying (even though changed the hotel in Santorini on the last day which is a bit inconvenient). But overall transfer was really good

Me and a friend took this trip in October 2022. The Country of Greece is absolutely amazing and beautiful! You could not beat the price for the things that we saw. We were under the assumption that this was a “group tour” and surprise surprise it was not!! Turned out to be a private tour doing quite a bit on our own. Most of it was city centered so that wasn’t so bad.. nightlife in Athens was beautiful and safe pretty much. Thank God, my friend and I were both familiar with Europe or else this could have went really badly for newcomers! We did so much walking and we never saw our tour point of contact point the entire trip! LoL. We just messenger him by phone or called him with pertinent questions. You better pay close attention that what you paid for is in the itineraries that you signed up for because that can be tricky. You cannot be a passive person on a trip like this when something is not right to you. Say something! One tour guide, literally told us that many times people don’t see everything they pay for that is in the itineraries . You only see it if you make a fuss about it . Pretty much do most on your own, except for maybe 3 things out of seven days. It is a private tour. It wasn’t like that every day. The trip overall was amazing but you better make sure that you ask the right questions before you take this trip! Ask if it is a “group” tour or private; ask if you get excursion tour with a guide. Don’t bother bringing shoes only sneakers because we were walking a minimum of four hours a day up some very steep hills and winding Hills. We got lost for 30 minutes trying to find our guide and transportation for that day who did not pick us up directly from the hotel. We had to walk to find the pick up point, and we walked up some very steep and winding Hills. It was especially bad because I had a bum leg with a sciatic nerve issue, but we made it. The hotel in Santorini was amazing, and that was because there was a mixup with the original hotel and they ended up giving us a suite, which was very nice! The other hotel we stayed in in Athens was so so and that was OK because we didn’t plan on being there forever. There was nothing American on the TV channels any place we went. Again, the overall trip was just amazing, but other things could have been be more desirable CLEAR.

Our tour Manager was so friendly and informative. Apostolos went above and beyond to show us the beauty and culture of Greece. The tour schedule of organized and free time was a great balance allowing us to explore on our own and relax. Standing on Acropolis is an experience I will never forget along with watching the sunset in Mykonos and Santorini.
