Torres del Paine National Park Tour Companies

I had a great time on the W trek. From the outset James was incredibly patient, responsive and helpful with my queries by both email and whatsapp. I had a briefing from our wonderful guide, Christobal, in Puerto natales the day before departure to answer any last queries and make sure we had all the right equipment for a successful trip. Everything was very well organised from start to finish. Christobal was excellent, very patient and helpful and told us lots of extra information about the nature, scenery and geography of the park. He was very enthusiastic and made sure we made the most of our trip and got to see all the highlights and scenery of the park. The food provided was also very good and surpassed my expectations. We were very lucky and had great weather in September and were able to enjoy all the park had to offer without the crowds too. We also had a lovely porter who always ensured our tents were set up and waiting for us. It was much more comfortable having our tents and foods carried for us which reduced considerable the weight we had to carry. I had a fantastic trip and wouldn't hesitate to travel with this company again.

We had a great guide, Christobal, who briefed me in Puerto Natales the day before the trip and answered all last questions and advised on any extra equipment required. During the trek he was extremely enthusiastic, kind and helpful with the group. He explained everything very clearly and gave us lots of extra information about the nature and scenery of the park during the trek. We also had a lovely porter. We were incredibly lucky to enjoy great weather in September and Christobal made sure we made the most of it enjoying all the highlights and best views of the park. We couldn't have had a better trek and I wouldn't have any hesitation to use this company again.

If you are over forty forget G adventures. You’ll be treated with disrespect, risk getting booted from the trek with NO financial compensation if you happen to be part of a group of 20 year olds- something over which you have no control. This is because there is a minimum pace you have to maintain (this info is not in the descriptions). That pace is set by the group composition. That means that although you are fully capable of completing the hikes in reasonable time but not at the pace of a 20-something, you still risk getting booted from the trip. The guides are arrogant and insensitive. And. As an aside, the food is quite awful. And I repeat-if you are asked to leave at their discretion - they refuse to refund your very considerable fees. Avoid G Adventures!!!

The tour itself is really good, but just short and shorter than advertised - 3.5 days instead of 6. To advertise the first day as the beginning of the tour I find questionable, because we had original only ekne half hour introductory talk, nothing else. For this it is then dkch quite expensive. It would be good if that is more adequately clear in the description, transparency would be helpful here. Because the tour itself is always worth it.

An incredible trip with OneSeed - I was debating between this and a G Adventures tour and so glad I chose them! I had only three people in my group and the guide was the loveliest man, and so kind. It was the best way to do the W Trek and took out all of the stress! Highly recommend to all thinking of booking with this company! They were so good in the run up too, and even helped me with other parts of my Patagonia itinery.

All aspects of the trip were planned perfectly. The guide (Roberto) was very professional and insured that everyone had a safe trip.

Hotel was spacious and waterfront, close to center as well. Our guide for Torres de Paine was professional, friendly and informative. Our whole day trip was awesome. Navigation to Balmaceda & Serrano Glacier was perfect with very nice lunch. I would definitely recommended

The organization was excellent and Marilda from Signature extremely helpful. The Atacama portion was with a fabulous tour agency. Very professionally run. The Torres del Paine portion was a bit short so I added an extra 3 days there on my own which were great. Remember that Patagonia is very windy when you book. But absolutely beautiful and worth it!

It was a wonderful trek, incredible nature and nice hiking camps! Be aware, you hike 7-9 hours a day for 4 days…this is not for everybody. But its worth it!! Patagonia is the best :)

The trekking was very good but one of the Cuernos Refugio charged me 19% VAT because I did not have the PID. I had to obtain a duplicate or apply for it at a police station within 7 days for the Cuernos front desk to cancel the charge. I thought I had paid for the entire tour. I was not warned that the park refugios would try to charge me tax on a tour that I had paid for in full onlin months before. This was very distressing. I did not feel welcome.

Amazing trip! Eve was on every detail of the trip and she even helped us to book the domestic flights needed for the trip. In my opinion El Calafate is a destination that everyone should visit in Argentina and the visit to Perito Moreno Glacier, the guide Paula was very knowledge and extremely experience and the full day to Torres del Paine is a great option if you don't have many days to stay inside the national park. The hotels selected by People Travel were incredible, specially Altiplanic Hotel at Puerto Natales, unspechless.

Altought we would have preferred to travel in the summer season due to the weather, everything was amazing. El Calafate has plenty of options to do and Perito Moreno Glacier was absolutely incredible and Torres del Paine in Chile really worth the visit! Both were very nice destinations. Mercedes was so kind and took care of flight changes in our arrival. Thank you!

The itinerary was not accurate. There was also no communication when changes were made regarding the itinerary. There was also late accommodation's arranged since there was nothing actually planned for the day. The only contact available then blamed the customer for their lack of preparedness.
