our tour was not what we expected , very disappoint compare to our tour in Spain

The two tours included in the trip should be on separate days. It’s too hot and physical for one day. There are lots and lots of stairs.

The Best of Rome tour was the perfect snapshot of all the culturally important parts of Rome. Unfortunately, due to a late cancellation the tour company couldn't book a fully guided tour but they were able to help me book a self-guided tour and make last minute arrangements for accommodations. I would highly recommend booking with them again!

The tour was good. We were fortunate to have been allocated with knowledgable tour guides. Response time could be improve. Overall, it was really good and highly recommended.

The hotel was really good, the tour director helpful but I only got to participate in one excursion because the Globus app would not work on my phone. Globus tech could not get it to work and accordingly there were no spaces left for the group dinner, and on other activity by the time I got to meet the tour guide. This was a problem for me, and would make me NOT book with them again.

This was a trip of a life time. It was an awesome trip. Very beautiful!

Very, very disappointing. The only event which happened as advertised was the walking tour on the first afternoon. Absolutely everything else was either cancelled or reduced. In particular the failure to deliver the early entry to the Vatican museum Was particularly disappointing. On top of this the hotel room was particularly poor. It was so small it felt like a single room with two beds crammed in. Overall not worth the money.

It was the best way to visit part of Europe, the experience was wonderful. I just have one complain and is about the first hotel, the service was terrible. Zero customer service. You should consider chance it, since is the first impression for travelers. Everything else was very nice, the buses, the other hotels, the people on the bus, the cities, etc,

It was very nice, we visited very interesting places, the only thing is that in some places the time was very short so we had to run a lot and it was quite tiring.

This tour was fantastic! He hosted multiple events for our group ranging from bread making to olive oil tasting. He grew up in the area, knows exactly where to go, and involves family-owned farms to provide a rich range of experiences. The food was outstanding. My wife and I cook a lot at home and learned so much about the traditional ways to prepare so many dishes. There is quite a bit of walking but generally easy. One day had a steeper hike so he offered a second van to take part of the group to do shopping while the rest if us took in the view above a lake in the mountains. I would recommend this tour, and plan to look at thenither tours

Utracks misrepresented what this trip would be like in terms of views, accessibility to water, villages and etc along the hikes. They promoted you’d hike through some villages, but in reality you hiked 10-15 miles going through no villages with no services. The hikes often had no views or you’d hike along roadways or industrial areas for a portion of every day. Utracks could have been more transparent about the location of the Via Francigena in this section and we would have chosen a different trip. The hotels and food provided were far below average and we left the hike early for this reason. No AC and it was about 85 degrees and humid. Food choices were awful with no accommodation for any food sensitivities which Utracks advertised they can do. We were very disappointed. The app does well to keep you on track, but the written descriptions are inaccurate. For example, day 1 is described as mostly flat but there was 1800 feet of elevation gain. There are no hot springs as indicated in the app, they are closed. Some of the towns that you stay in are very quaint and full of history and some are awful. So do your research. The staff was helpful and organized at first but not very accommodating with problems or refunding for food and services not actually provided as advertised. I’d look at other vendors first. Do not recommend
