This trip was amazing. We truly enjoyed our time and our guide was an awesome person. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and made sure of our safety at all times.

The itinerary was well-chosen, and the guide was experienced and helpful. I had a general impression of the country, with its highlights . A positive experience overall.

A fantastic two-week tour of Vietnam (covering Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Hoi An, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh) and finishing in Siem Reap, Cambodia, involving two internal flights and all manner of day trips and excursions. (The old town of Hoi An, exploring the Cu Chi tunnels, paddling on the Mekong River, and discovering Cambodia were the highlights for me). The whole tour was extremely well planned and slickly executed - pickups were almost invariably on time, transport comfortable and air-conditioned, restaurants and food excellent, and tour guides overwhelmingly knowledgeable and very personable. On the one occasion a bus trip didn't happen as scheduled, the office staff moved into action quickly and a good solution was found. Special mention to Sophia, in the Hoi An office, who without over-communicating kept us fully in the picture as to what to expect and what to prepare each day. I really felt well provided for and the entire experience was great value for money. I can recommend Hoi An Express without hesitation.

What we liked most was that All the Hotels were Centrally Located almost in the City Centres.We took advantage of the location and explored each city’ by ourselves during the free times .Ofcourse there were plenty of Food,Partying,Shopping options available in Downtown areas. The entire tour was very well organised and we never felt any Travel Fatigue as the Tour was not that Fast paced . We spent a leisurely Two Weaks of Vietnam and Cambodia Vacation and enjoyed to the hilt.

My Vietnam and Cambodia tour was fantastic. It included Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Ho Chi Minh, the Mekong Delta and Phnom Penh. I booked this as a solo female traveller wanting to travel with others however I was the only one to book this tour. I found this not to be an issue as the tour was organised in sections so I found myself with people most days and got to meet a range of very friendly travellers from around the world which was great. The instructions, updates, recommendations and assistance provided by Mr. Danny before and during the tour were outstanding. The itinerary and communications were provided promptly and with care so I always knew what was next and any questions were always replied to quickly. Additional things like being able to exchange my larger USD notes and day/section confirmations which provided the guides' names allowed for a seamless experience. The guides were also very experienced, knowledgable and friendly. The transportation in the limo buses and cars was wonderful to escape the heat, and bottled water was also provided. This tour was great value for money and a great option if you have a limited amount of time but want to cover 2 countries. To include the border crossing was also a big help. The 3-star hotel option was perfect for what I needed and found some of them to be 4-star, they were generally well located which made it easy to walk around. I am happy to recommend this tour, and TourRadar for trips in South East Asia.

The whole trip was amazing and so well organized, Danny and his team were brilliant.

We had Pima as our CEO for 29 days on our SE Asia encompassed tour with GAdventures. Pima is an excellent guide, she has a warm friendly personality and was very knowledgeable on all the countries we visited which included Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. She kept us all on track with day to day schedules and activities and recommended ones not included in our tour and handled all the tipping for drivers and local tour guides. Pim was extremely helpful to some of our fellow travellers when in dire need, namely loss of passport and a injury which required surgery. We would highly recommend her.

Nice style to roam around in Vietnam, the tours and recommendations were an absolute highlight and well picked.

Excellent, if given the chance, I will do it again

Fantastic tour :) we were so safe the whole time and the bikes were excellent. No one was ever left behind and the food stops were all amazing! (I still dream about some of the noodle stops)! I will be doing a tour next year for sure! Highly recommend this company to anyone! I wasn’t sure how I’d go on a bike tour but it’s such an amazing way to see the country. You make amazing friends as you ride up mountains together. 10/10 would do again!

Some of the guides were more knowledgeable than others although all spoke English well enough to share the information they wished to. There was more walking involved than initially indicated which although fine for me could prove more troublesome for those with limited endurance.one of our guides spent a decent amount of time rounding up some of the group at every stop. It was like herding cats( not his fault but did detract from the overall enjoyment for the rest of the group). The complete lack of organization at the airport for pick up was the one big negative of the whole experience. Being told more than once to “go outside and look for a car with a particular license plate” but not being told where to go, where to look or even what color the car was going to be was a complete disaster and delayed us by almost 30 mins after we had just arrived in the country. Other than that the tours did cover all the main attractions we wished to visit while in Da Nang

Tour organized by Up Vietnam was absolutely fantastic. Hannah was a superstar and organized everything very efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble, she made everything seem effortless. Highly recommend this tour company!

The coordination with the tour guide from Bravo Indochina Tours worked very well and a problem on the cruise on Halong Bay was solved immediately.

Extraordinary journey

Everything planned went seamlessly and I was grateful that I selected this tour with this operator (Realistic Asia). The communication was great and the transportation and tours they arranged were always on time and memorable. It definitely gave me less to worry about on my trip and more to enjoy! Vietnam is wonderful!

This trip was a wonderful experience - in every way: itinerary, hotels, food and especially the organization! Despite the fact that I only booked a week before the start of the trip (in the high season over Christmas/New Year), my organizer Than (Chris) managed to book wonderful hotels for me. He was always available for questions via WhatsApp and responded very quickly and always very caringly. This gave me an insight into the history, culture, landscape and everyday life. The delicious food is also very inspiring. And all accompanied by "my angel" Than. A surprise Christmas party was even organized, which delighted all the tourists present. I can recommend this trip to anyone who is genuinely interested in Vietnam and wants to travel the country in good company. The real treasure of such loving care becomes apparent when you want to ask or clarify something on site and realize that communication in English quickly reaches its limits. I am all the more grateful to Than, who managed everything wonderfully in the background. A big thank you to the tour operator for making this wonderful experience possible for me. ❤️

Main contact was Ms Diep. She was excellent and answered all questions promptly and professionally. Loved most of the tour except the war focus. I am in my 60s and remember the horror. I did not want to relive this part again.

We enjoyed most of the tours. A little less so the visit to the war museum with images of torture, agent orange and the like. Although important to know. I am in my 60s and remember this awful part of history and prefer not to review it while I'm on vacation. Seeing tanks, fox holes and bunkers was not enjoyable for me.

There were some problems with the quality of hotels: some hotels lack consistent hot waters. Sometimes it’s also confusing to move to the next location.

Every things are all good! I had a nice vacation in Vietnam with good guides and good drivers! The food was excellent!

Our guides were very good and knowledgeable and I would like to acknowledge Lucy our guide in Ho Chi Minh City as being exceptional. The trip kept us busy in a good way and I liked the use of all the different modes a transportation.

We has a great tour around Vietnam and enjoyed visiting the different places as planned in the itinerary. The tour organisers managed the trip very well

Everything was very well organized! Vietnam ran smoothly and the guide was very informative. In Cambodia we had a tour guide who spoke very quietly and indistinctly and couldn't answer any questions that weren't in the "script". For dinner we were taken to an INDIAN restaurant where we spent two hours!

Tour with On The Go with guide Hung - was exceptional! Just don’t let the company pressure you into pre~booking any optional tours, wait until you are in country. You can get better deals this way and cancel easier. Also there was discrepancy in website guide tipping ranges and in-country guide tipping ranges, so be prepared to tip more then they say.
