The tour guide and bus driver exceeded all expectations; they were a very organized, customer oriented team. Highly recommend them and the itinerary. The only stop that wasn't "great" was Sacramento, which could possibly be skipped in the future. The food and lodging were great too.

Randy did a wonderful job. i only wish there was more room between seats as i am 6'4" 175. the scenery was breathtaking.

Great time and experience

I like to being able to see both the national parks and some cities. They appreciated that it was the best of California and not just one section. However, I think it would’ve been nice to spend a little more time in the cities as it seemed like we didn’t get enough of time there. There’s only one thing I really didn’t like, which was the fact that we had to buy all of our lunches, with the exception of the two that were provided. Did with another company all the meals were provided for. Which means we paid for them upfront, didn’t have to worry about buying them every day.

Hiking in Yosemite was awesome!! Our tour leader, Ron, was very knowledgeable and always put our group's interest first. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone interested in visiting a national park.

The trip was well coordinated. Our trip had to be re-routed due to the very snowy winter, but our tour guide, Phil, still managed to keep our days full, and our hikes about the same mileage that we would have walked otherwise. The hikes were moderate to steep, nothing that our entire group could not keep up with. I felt that everyone was accommodated to. And we went to our rooms at night exhausted from our days journey. Yosemite is a must-do, if you have never been there. The pictures do it no justice. Having the tour guide from intrepid was great, because he told us all about the history of the National Park- things that I would have walked right by if I were hiking alone. This trip was great! can’t wait until the next one.

Having booked last minute wasn't going in with great expectations! But was surprised how organised tour was meaning we explored so many places. Was not one day where things did not run to schedule, which made you feel at ease. All tour guides are very friendly, organised & passionate about there jobs which really made the trip one to remember. Can't recommend highly enough!

driver and tour guide didnt communicate properly about where to park the bus for the convenience of the passengers. tour guide named Walter did not answer my question properly. I asked him if he knew the name of the tour guide the following day, he said "the name is not important". The following day, he was still the tour guide. Prior to that, he asked for a minimum of 20 US dollars per day per person tip (for the 3 day tour), that is aside from the envelope tip (passed around) for the driver. Same tour guide Walter skipped us when he distributed starbucks breakfast card (in Las Vegas). We thought it was it was probably just for them, so we were not included. Then we came to know that everybody should have those cards for breakfast the following morning, we told him about it, he was on defense mode right away accusing us of losing the tickets, when in fact, he did not give us any. This man is rude and arrogant, traits that are not fitting for a tour guide. Amadeo, most of the time, just ignores our chat messages

The San Francisco/Yosemite tour was awesome. It exceeded my expectations. Our guide Dorit was really good and the itinerary was balanced covering all major spots with decent breaks in between. I highly recommend this trip to anyone who is looking for a broad west coast trip within a short span of time.

Hotels are good. The itinerary needs a lot of improvements and adjustments with no cost to the operaterThe tour was supposed to be in English, unfortunately a lot of it , almosr 90%was in Spanish. We has one night at Flagstaff that was useless.. just to sleep over there at a cheapee hotel. We could have stayed at the grand canyon and have time to fly over the canyon in a hellicopter.

The guide was very very good, he was very attentive and trying to adapt. Just few remarks : on wednesday evening we go back near LA and then on thursday we go to Las Vegas , couldn't we reduce the path ? On friday maybe one stop mire attractive than the outlet .. But it was a very good trip

Yosemite was a dream! Yosemite was amazing! 3rd tour with Bindlestiff. Haley was a fun guide and got us from place to place safely. The campgrounds were great and close to the parks. Having a tour guide makes traveling so much more relaxing. You don't have to stress about planning anything or do the driving. Definitely recommend these tours.

Overall our family had a great experience The tour guides were nice and helpful , our second tour guide Gratyana was especially very knowledgeable and organized and gave equal explanations in all 3 languages The hotel booked in Vegas , as to the Luxor could get a better option with atleast a coffee machine or a water cooker in the room Some of the important points within a city were always only in the Optional tour and not in the core programme . Atleast it should be seen to it that the top 5 attractions in a city were included within the core program even if it calls for revising the core prices Wake-up alarms at hotels were not necessary as we had our own alarms and were thought to be a forceful imposed botheration 😜

This camping trip was the perfect way to experience Yosemite for the first time. Incredible Adventures was very quick to respond to questions before the trip started. Our guide showed us how to set up and take down our tents during our trip. The hikes were all self-paced with the guide accompanying the slowest hiker. We were being informed of our itinerary as the day went on (if possible even accommodated to wishes), and also did a quick briefing of the next day, at night. We were able to modify the routes to our abilities, if needed. Our guide Noah did a great job of sharing the history of our surroundings, answering questions and making the best of our time there by making us feel safe and motivating everybody so each one of us could enjoy the beautiful views and get the full experience of Yosemite in those short three days. Noah was a awesome guide!
