We had an absolutely fantastic time with Crosi Cruise! The food was plentiful and delicious, and the wine seemed to flow endlessly, adding a wonderful touch to every meal. The staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and always ready to make us feel at home. The smaller number of passengers created an intimate, welcoming atmosphere where we quickly felt like part of a close-knit community. We cherished every single minute of the journey and can’t wait to book another trip. Highly recommend!

Overall the tour was better than expectations and good value for money. Positives Small boat, easy to get on and off. Pleasant route and adequate time to explore towns. Friendly staff, lovely food and generous with alcohol Length of trip was just right. Areas for improvement More tables for 2 🙏 please. We spent all week dining with a couple and their young child. Boat in need of some renovations and modernisation Our room was noisy at times with children running above our room and noise from bar/ reception area

The ship, staff, food and hospitality experience were first class. Little touches like free transfers to airport, free self-serve laundry, and the all inclusive 24/7 aspect of the ship were added benefits. Overall a great experience.

Very good service and excellent food. Some of the excursions were disappointing the Normandy d-day beaches tried to cover everything and in that process robs you of the chance to see a wonderful DDay museum in Asante mer eglise. Half the ef ship had tesirsyiry viruses by the end of the tour and unieotkf seemed unwilling to confine anyone who was visibly sick. As a result my cruise was ruined by this event.

Again, as on our previous cruise the week before, reality fell far short of advertising and the expectations created. This was advertised as language: English German. In fact, on many occasions during the cruise there was little or no English translation. In some ports Maps were available in German but not English. The cruise was in France, but it was German food. These things should have been made clear in advertising. This cruise was down the Seine in Normandy. The boat only went as far as Caudebec (an hours drive to the coast), and gave no excursions or even opportunity to visit the Normandy Beaches at the time of the 80th anniversary of D Day landings.

The staff was very accommodating from the cruise director to the cooks.

Had a great time. Met some wonderful people. Loved the various places we visited. It was great having Steven as our Cruise Concierge. Would definitely consider going on another Tours of Distinction trip. There were a couple of things were not aware of until we received the trip documentation. (Neither of these things affected the enjoyment of the trip,) Did not realize that there was bus transportation to/from the airport or that the trip itinerary had been reversed. Again had a great time and will recommend Tours of Distinction.

It was a very comfortable and enjoyable cruise. The service staff were very friendly and attentive. The fellow passengers were very friendly and sociable which makes the whole cruise line one big happy family.

Excellent in every respect.

I travelled with my mother and a family friend- we each had our own cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed the cruise from start to finish. The food was amazing- even better than the large cruise ships! The service was incredible, with very happy and friendly waiters. I was worried there would be only elderly people but they were of all ages. I met a young mother with a teenage son, a few married couples of my age and some older people from around the world and I had interesting conversations with all of the people I met. We shared email addresses and Whatsapp accounts to stay in touch, which is difficult to believe for me, but true! I have such warm feelings still, more than a week later! If you are thinking about going on a river cruise and aren't too sure, choose this one- the best scenery and tours!

The Amedeus Diamond was a beautiful ship, the staff, the rooms, the food and public areas were very nice.

Excellent crew who obviously enjoyed working with each other. Great countryside through Northern France & Belgium. Well organised, good food. Great Tour. Highly recommended.

Our 9 day London to Paris tour in August (August 14-August 22nd) was disappointing and uneventful with a significant departure disruption. Overall Collette Tours are very pricey. The Collette emergency team and their tour specialists are not very helpful in getting you results if you have a tour delay or disruption to file a claim for. They try to cover over their lack of efforts & results for, by offering you a very nominal amount in future tour vouchers. However, $200 doesn't go very far when most Collette European tours for two people cost well over $12,000.
