Hi Lynne and thanks for your review, I would like to explain something to you. Your extra option was canceled on the same day of the tour, and according to the policy, you will not be able to refund, but we made an exception for you, about Naser did have money, but it was in Egyptian pounds, and to get the money back it would be in the same currency pair. Also, the 45 USD includes a Private deluxe van, Guide, and entrance fees. Also, we respect our word, so I contacted you many times to send a payment link to pay to you directly but you didn't.
