We had three great guides, great transportation when needed, the trains were great and two of the three restaurants for our planned dinners were outstanding. The three hotels selected for us were perfectly located, close to public transportation and important attractions and venues. I did Italy on my home last year and was a lot easier to know beforehand what hotel you are going to. It’s not hard to do a tour like this on your own and will save you a lot of money. The hotels definitely are NOT 4 star hotels - more like 2 star hotels. Small, dinghy rooms with terrible beds/pillows and awful breakfasts. Second time booking with Wingbuddy and hotels were terrible for both trips.
