Florrie· April 7th, 2019We arrived at Calafate airport to wait an extra one hour for our transfer , we were not told what transfer to look out for , nor what company will be providing our transfer . We notified someone via the tour radar website and she told us the transfer had been waiting for us , however there was no one at the airport to pick us up . The trip to the glacier was great and the accommodation was ok. The return transfer back to the airport , we were never told what time we would be picked up so had to make contact again , to be told 9:30am and the transfer then did not arrive until 10:10 am. The communication throughout was not good at all.Show more
