  A Beautiful and romantic adventure especially the stay in beautiful and artistic Udaipur which impressed us a lot. The tour is full of exciting and memorable moments that can be experienced at each step in India, in the street, during the rickshaw ride on a busy road. There're so many things to see, taste and touch. After all those amazing days we can say we 've fallen in love with INDIA and that was mainly because of great contribution of the travel agency. The people who work there are very friendly and caring that makes an overall experience really valuable and professional.

  We just wrapped up our tour with Payless and Vivek was our driver! We had an amazing trip because he was so thoughtful and protective of us the entire time. The car was roomie and plenty of AC! He recommended great restaurants and put up with four girls always being late and changing our minds :) Neeraj was our tour host and put up with a TON of last minute changes and accommodated what we needed and we were so grateful for the flexibility. I would highly recommend doing the 5 star upgrade because it’s needed after the long drives and hot days and we were always happy to have these hotels to come home to. We also had great guides along the way including Rafi who was in Udaipur and so kind, patient and knowledgeable. Ali in Jaipur was awesome as well! Definitely work with Payless - they are great!

  The trip had everything coordinated well. Our car driver Vivek was very friendly. We stayed in five star hotel option & the hotels were beautiful. I personally did not like traveling in the middle of the day most days for 4-6 hours, but we did get to see a lot. If you want sight-seeing packed this is the trip for you! Guides were also with everything. Also fyi you have to pay for 85% of tickets places

  Our tour was excellent! We were able to see so much in a week and most of that is thanks to our wonderful driver, Vivek! He was so efficient, gave us great, personalized attention, and took such great care of us. Along with that, he had wonderful local recommendations. We had great tour guides, great restaurants, and lots of fun! Thanks for everything, Vivek!

  Based on many good reviews we have chosen Payless Tours to organize our holiday tour in India, and they didn't disappoint us. They were flexible enough to customize the itinerary according to our needs: after seeing Delhi we took the overnight sleeper train to Jodhpur, from there by car Ranakpur, Udaipur, Pushkar, Abhaneri, Fatehpur Sikri, Agra, Orchha, Khajuraho, Varanasi, and finally by plane back to Delhi. Don't be afraid to tell them your specific ideas, they will plan the trip accordingly. They were responsive for any issues, both before and during the trip. We asked for a local SIM card, which we got from them, and it was really practical (like calling the driver, where we are) We had a super driver, who, despite the chaotic Indian traffic conditions, took us safely everywhere. He was always at our disposal - not speaking very much though, so he was not the person, from whom we could get much information about life in India. For the latter there were the local guides on all places, mostly good in their profession. We stayed in very good 4 and 5 star hotels. We highly recommend services of this amazing tour operator.

  From booking to tour end, excellent costumer service From booking to end if trip this Paylesstoursindia are attentive to the needs of individual travellers. A fantastic trip with informative and caring driver who did his best to show us India in the best possible way. Very pleased we had local guides in each place visited who were enthusiastic about their local area.I would definitely recommend this tour operator tours and consider using them in the future

  Everything was totally all right and highly rated. Accommodation was in the line with pre tour assumptions and arrangements, which was one of the most important factors for us since we really like to stay in nice hotels in a good location nearby the main landmarks and shops. Moreover, the driver Mithun drove us safely to all the destinations, picked us up and dropped us off on time. He had the right customer approach and knew how to handle all the issues that turned up. The car was always clean and driver's English was communicative enough. All those factors plus certainly an interesting itinerary made us feel satisfied with the tour we bought by Tourradar at a really reasonable price.

  Our group of 5 friends will never forget this super excited tour that was made by this fantastic and reliable boutique travel agency. We had been given an email from our close friend and it was really a great bet! The driver was super easy going and looked after us during all the tour, the accommodation was really nice, the hotel in Jaipur was especially great and comfortable. Highly recommended travel agency

  The itineraries, transportation, accommodation, meals and guides are controllable factors and they are all better than good. The traffic, the pollution, the garbage outside of the hotels and before the gates of the sites are all not your control. These uncontrollable factors prevent the tour to be a perfect one. We never blame you for that as they are all beyond your control. As a last request, we cannot trace one of our billings in Delhi, the transaction details are as follows: ETA India Online JANAK PURI IND. two (2) 11,550.00 Indian Rupees or 23,100 Indian Rupees. These are dated October 24, 2019. We salute your first guide as he extended his services by obtaining sim for our telephone needs. We would like to thank also our driver, he took extra care in accompanying us for a week. And to Tourradar, thank you for introducing India to us. I am sure we will be back in the future, by then, we hope that several improvements will already be implemented.
