William· April 10th, 2019So my wife and I recently undertook a 2 week trip through Vietnam & Cambodia. We landed in Hanoi at night and it was crazy, I thought London is busy but still nothing compare to this city. They mostly went over and above what was expected to ensure a fantastic trip. The drivers were safe and secure and always had a cold bottle of water ready when you return to the vehicle after an excursion. In Ho Chi Minh City, we weren't happy with our hotel and Dat helped us upgrade us to another hotel without any extra charges. thank you so much for a wonderful experience!Show more
