  The tour package was customized to our need and we enjoyed our stay. Combined effort from Tourradar and Swallow travel met all our expectations. It was safe fun experience for our group of ladies who travelled from north to south of Vietnam. Very well organized trip. Very happy with the results.

  Tour was excellent. Thuong did an excellent job assisting us and communication was efficient and very helpful. Everything was very smooth and easy. Attractions and events were good also. Only recommendation would be to allow for an additional free day or two in Ho Chi Minh as we didn’t really get to see much of the city. Highly recommend this tour.

  The tour was well organised and the communication with the travel representatives was very good. The only thing is that the second week would have been sent travelling more than sightseeing - due to bus journey's not being available due to Covid etc. It is very difficult to choose tours from a list of 100's of similar tours in my case to Vietnam - I just didn't know which option was best or would suit me; or indeed which travel company would suit me. In the end I was travelling alone with my tour - I only met people on daytrips - due to some misunderstanding with the travel company. I would have liked to have been part of a small group at least.   This was one of the best trips we did and our family really enjoyed the experience of learning about the history and culture of Vietnam. This couldn’t have been made possible without the team at Swallow Travel as they were completely fantastic and took care of everything. Even when we arrived at the airport and had problems with our visa we contacted them and they managed to help us to sort it out. Don’t know what I would have done without them. Thankyou again Swallow travel we will definitely be using your services again.

  Did a 13 day Cambodia and 5 day Laos tour with Swallow travel and the planning was excellent. My family looked at different tour agencies and found that swallow travel had the best price and they went out of their way to make our trip special. The team at Swallow travel were very easy to deal with and the customer service was excellent and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to plan a trip to Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos or Myanmar as they take care of everything so you can spend more time enjoying your holiday. Give them 5 stars and will definitely be traveling with them again soon.

  Jenny from Swallow Travel was AMAZING! She was super helpful leading up to the trip with visa information and assisting with various pick ups from the airports (even outside our tour). Each place we visit was amazing and it was so useful knowing we had someone at each airport picking us up, and hotels were booked, and trips were organised. It allowed us to have a fantastic time. Jenny was also super helpful during the trip and always making sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend booking with Swallow Travel - 100%. It's also very much a private tour so if you're worried about being carted round in a bus with a big group then that certainly wasn't the case for us. On a few of the trips we'd go with a few people from other hotels but always small groups and actually these were super fun as everyone was really nice.

  We are just coming to the end of an amazing 15 day trip from North to South Vietnam and Siem Reap in Cambodia. We added a few extra days at the end ourselves. From as far back as July I have been in regular contact with Jenny from Swallow Travel. I have to say that the service has been no less than fantastic. Responses have been so quick from the start and I had many queries prior to the trip. During our trip the service was even better. When my husband tripped during a Trek, Jenny was so helpful with information about hospital care and rearranging elements of our trip. She was so genuinely concerned and it was very touching. All trips and hotels were of a very good quality. Thanks to Jenny, Rosie and Jimmy from Swallow Travel. I would highly recommend the foodie lovers tour in Hanoi offered by Swallow Travel. Thanks to the staff at HM Boutique Hotel who were also so helpful when Martin injured his leg. Highlights included lavender cruises trip to Halong Bay with Alex our Guide, our young and enthusiastic guide, the Cititel Hotel in Ho Ch Minh with its ingenious perk of offering an android mobile for free use around the city. We have also fallen in love with Cambodia and the relaxing Frangipane Hotel in Siem Reap, where we have been staying for last few days. Our tour to Anchor Wat was breathtaking with guide Kimyeoun, who was so informative and genuine despite us only being his second English speaking Tour. We are so sad to return home but we will be telling the world about our Adventures and how much Swallow Travel allowed us to have such a amazing, worry free, safe and luxurious trip to Vietnam and Cambodia.   Myself anh My partner spent 12-day north to south of vietnam and cambodia. We contacted Rosie who helped us with the visa process, all internal flights, accommodation and private tours. Everything went as planned and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Swalllow travel to everyone. If you are planning a trip to vietnam, cambodia use swallow travel-they are locals highly recommended!
