  Yesse is genuinely such an amazing guide, knowledgeable about its history, culture and the safety standards from the numerous trips he has undertaken guiding climbing parties. The people at Zara really know how to organize trips up Kilimanjaro. They have the right equipment, their crew are experienced and well trained professionals and they provided us with the best support system. We all got along well with the entire crew and enjoyed being with them. The weather was fantastic and we progressed well with the trek without any difficulties. I give them 10/10 for excellence. They are also pretty affordable for such top service and support.

  In October 2024, my brothers and I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro with Zara Tours. The trek turned out to be really amazing and I wholeheartedly recommend the route, our guide Lema and Zara Tours for the being outstanding. Our tour designer Hamisi organized everything perfectly and assigned us the wonderful crew. The guides observed our safety religiously with daily health checks to check on our vitals. They ensured that we ate well and slept in comfortable tents. These guys were always ready to assist when needed them. They were also fun people to be around. We all reached the summit and could not have done it without Zara's support.

  We have just completed the Lemosho trek in 8 days with guide Basili, our lovely porters. Ben, Liam, Kileo, Bunda, Tami, Sulla and our great cook Bario. The overall experience was excellent from start to finish. The hike was tough but we managed to summit Uhuru Peak. The food and accommodation were fantastic.   The entire Zara Adventure Tanzania team was absolutely amazing because they did such an awesome job that the 8 days of tough trekking on the tough terrain were enjoyable and so memorable. We were a little bit scared of sending thousands of dollars to an unknown company but after reviewing the company’s profile and also contacting them we were quickly reassured and true to their word, they delivered everything that we wanted. The actual trek was awesome. Well planned and perfectly executed with the support of expert guides, porters and cooks. The level of support and attention is second to none. Zara is the shining star in Tanzania’s travel space.

  The Zara Tanzania Adventures crew under the able leadership of guide Mustapha were outstanding. They handled all the aspects of our trek expertly that we felt safe and well taken of. They were well prepared for the weather and any occurrence, like when I fell (no fault of the crew but a freak accident) and slightly hurt my hand, Mustapha quickly came to my assistance, he checked the extent of the injury and bandaged my hand with the supplies from the first aid kit. I observed that they also carried oxygen bottles which we luckily did not require. I owe my successful Kilimanjaro summit attempt to this team and Hamisi back at the office for coordinating everything, from the pickup at the airport, accommodation at Springlands hotel in Moshi, the crew, equipment and supplies and everything else that we needed and had on the trek. They are absolutely fabulous.

  We owe a huge thanks to our lead guide Bramwel for being such an outstanding guide and leading our climbing party of 7 safely and comfortable as was possible on the tough terrain. The actual trail was breathtaking as we enjoyed spectacular views each day. We had taken the Lemosho route which is quite sheltered from the elements and the weather was great. Our crew was exceptional in experience, expertise and service levels. They handled everything with ease and were genuinely eager to see us all successfully reach the summit. They had everything we required on that mountain and it was all of great quality, right from the tents to the food. We will definitely seek Zara tours again. They are wonderful!

  This our second trip to Tanzania with Zara Tours after doing a luxury safari with them last year, this year we decided to attempt Kilimanjaro. The trek was challenging, especially after the fifth day when we reached Barranco camp at an altitude of 3900 meters, luckily we has a great crew with us led by guide Januario, they gave us all the support that we required to reach the summit – Uhuru Peak in good health and high spirits. I am certain that we would not have reached the summit without their support. Thank you again for the wonderful experience.

  It was simply perfect!! These words describe the entire Kilimanjaro trekking experience with Zara Tours. Everything about this trip was well thought out and planned for to the last detail. Yesse our guide one of the best person I have ever met, so humble friendly and genuinely concerned about our safety and comfort. He marshalled his crew into a single purpose vehicle working in unison for our success to the summit. We had great equipment that kept the rain off and enough supplies for food and health. I am so happy that we chose Zara Tours because it would have been impossible to reach the summit without them.

  Our experience hiking up Kilimanjaro was amazing and totally unforgettable. From the moment we landed in Tanzania we were warmly welcomed and treated very well. We were taken to Springlands Hotel in Moshi and introduced to our main crew guides Lema and Josiah. These 2 people are absolutely special and I have deep appreciation for the professional they handled us during the trek. We really enjoyed the trek as these guys treated us well, took great care and carefully guided us to the summit. We owe them our success! We have to also thank Zara Tours for making proper arrangements and supplying us with great equipment and enough supplies that we did not lack in anything. Zara Tours is absolutely the best trekking choice and I am recommending them to everyone thinking of Kilimanjaro

  Our recent Lemosho climb with Zara Tours exceeded all our expectations. The booking process with Hamisi was smooth, as he was always available quickly addressed any issues we had about the trip. Nico our lead guide and Echesa his assistant guide, were highly knowledgeable about Kilimanjaro. Their constant concern for our safety, health and comfort was truly reassuring as we knew that we were in good hands. The food was really good, Palamo our cook would pleasantly surprise with delicious meals that exceeded our expectations. Our campsite also stood out matching high-quality equipment and the lively atmosphere from our crew. We recommend Zara Tours as a premier climbing operator.
