- AAnonymous· May 8th, 2023Our Guide Momo was the most amazing, professional and kind man. He was a master at creating a sense of family with our group of 28 people. I have never wanted to do a tour before but wasn't confident I could navigate Egypt and Jordan with my friend with out some kind of help. I cam across an article about On the Go Tours and read up on some of their options. It sounded perfect! Plenty of hiking and adventure with time to relax and chill as well. We were on the go every day. We saw the Pyramids which was a life long dream of mine. The we saw Abu Simbel, Aswan, Luxor and so much more. We opted for the Bile River Cruise option and it was a blast. I loved the boat and the chance to hang out and rest as we traveled to out next destinations. There was so much to see and do that I want to come back again and spend more time in Luxor especially. We felt completely safe and well looked after and I can't say enough about Momo and the team at On The Go Tours. They really know what they are doing and I will definitely do another tour with them again the future. Then we went to Jordan and Petra blew my mind. What a gorgeous country. The Wadi Rum dessert was so magical and beautiful I could spend a week there and hope to again some day. We then went to the Dead Sea, what a trip that is. Make sure to hit the hot springs, it's all locals and it was really cool to get a chance to hang out with them and enjoy a local tradition. Judy· November 10th, 2022We were in awe of all the amazing sites, from the Pyramids to Abu Simbel to the Nile Cruise to Petra and the Wadi Rum desert, we covered all the highlights of the ancient world . Contrary to what you have heard, we felt so safe in Egypt. The highlight of the trip was our guide, Momo. I hesitate to call him a guide, he was so much more than that – he was our leader, our teacher, our friend, our advisor. His knowledge was extensive – he was never stumped with the questions we constantly asked. He encouraged us and helped us with all requests – he flawlessly guided us through the sites, shopping , transportation and food experiences. He was professional and made everyone in the large diverse group of 26 feel part of all aspects of the tour. He always tried to make it more enjoyable for us – leaving early or changing the schedule to beat the crowds and the heat. He was simply the best. Both Egypt and Jordan are amazing countries, and the whole tour was well organized and very enjoyable. All the information he supplied was relevant and proved how passionate he was imparting his knowledge on culture and ancient Egypt to us, making sure we where secure at all times, and of course that we had fun. Definitely recommend the Egyptian leg of the tour and Nader for being deserving of being recognised for the great tour guide that he is.
