Overall an alright tour. However the key attraction that motivated us to book the tour, a horse safari, was simply dropped for cost reasons. We made a third boat tour instead. This is a no go, if you promise, you must deliver. Also, the guide tried to charge us 30 USD each PER DAY extra for food... although this was explicitly included in the price. Again, not professional.

I'm so incredibly happy I booked this tour. Bosco was an amazing guide, he knew all about the animals and where to find them, he was very kind and made a laugh a lot. I saw the most beautiful sceneries and animals, the accommodations throughout the trip were very nice and I would absolutely recommend this company and especially Bosco to anyone making a trip to Uganda and I hope I will be able to book another trip with him soon.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 31st, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 31st, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Enchanted Uganda Safaris Ltd . The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Enchanted Uganda Safaris Ltd will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
