The tour guides were amazing with their language fluency and knowledge. At one point where my group was smaller (just me), my english speaking guide was very kind. She talked with me and helped incorporate my interests into the scheduled free time. She recommended me which districts in Tokyo I should check out to see more anime/gaming shops and places to shop for young stylish clothing. I had a great experience as an english only speaker. Even as part of the minority on the tour who only spoke english, the tour guides didn't leave us out by any means. Although some spots felt a bit rushed, it is understandable considering just how much you will see. First hotel was substandard room although the hotel was nice our room was smelly and very old, mattress so old and hard it was difficult to sleep. 40 minute queue for breakfast even at 6.10 am. Hotel in Osaka was ridiculous, couldn’t get down in the elevator , as a result we were an hour late and missed a major sight. Given a glass of cheap wine to compensate!!
