- KJkimbilee· May 17th, 2024Very well organised and communicated. Lovely local guides, helpful, fun and entertaining. Local tour guides we very helpful, accommodating and kind. There were some language challenges with some of the local guides, but that's all part and parcel of it. Food through the tour with local guides was great. Would have liked to meet more people doing the 'same' tour but I guess we just didn't book at the same time as others. We had 1 cross over at the end of our trip where we had 2 days of local site seeing and it was the same group of people which as lovely. Our handler 'Danny' was amazing, he was very flexible when we fell in love with Sapa and extended our night, and very understanding when we had food poisoning and needed a 'lay day' when we were supposed to have a city tour.Show more

We have experienced all types of public travel, from sleeping bus to domestic flight, pick ups are well arranged. Some excursions include very interesting activities, however not all guides are good (hanoi, halong bay), also some of them are not very understandable.
