  Sonia and team at Joyful Holiday do an excellent job of planning the itinerary and choosing great places to stay (we did 4-star hotels) plus knowledgeable local guides. The attention to detail sets them apart. Our driver, Raju, was absolutely amazing throughout: very attentive to our needs, always ready with a cold bottle of water when we got back from a site. After this tour we had a wedding in the south of India and did a little sightseeing there too and while there was nothing wrong with those tour guides or drivers, there was a noticeable difference in quality that really reinforced how excellent Sonia and her staff are compared to others.

  This tour was perfectly organized, from the pick-up at the airport, throughout the tour until the drop off again. The tour guides at each city were amazing and as a female solo traveller I felt at every moment 100% safe. The hotels were alright, really good locations at all cities. A big shoutout to my driver Mr Ram Pal, with his amazing driving skills in this crazy traffic, such a friendly personality, it was nice talking to him throughout the tour. Also it was nice to meet the owner of the company, Ms Sonia Handa, personally at the hotel to learn a bit more about the company which is supporting female traveller in India. Would absolutely recommend this tour to everyone, and will book with them again once I travel in India again.

  Just completed a 7-day tour which included Delhi, Ranthambore, Agra, Jaipur, and Rusirani Village. The tour was amazing and well organized. Our hotels were very nice and comfortable. Our driver Shiva was very professional and helpful. Each city had a local guide who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We wanted to add Rusirani to our tour and the company was able to accommodate us without any issues. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this tour.

  It was a really well coordinated tour. Our tour manager Ms. Sonia was very responsive and professional with tour itineraries and communication before our arrival in India. All the tour guides, that we met, at different stops were very professional and knowledgeable; especially Mr Vijay (Agra) and Mr Dilip (Jaipur). Lastly, we have to give a shout out to our chauffeur Mr Shiva Kumar, who drove us around start to end, during the whole tour. He was very professional, accommodating, and friendly; we had the best time chatting with him and learning more about different places that he drove us to. He is caring about the clients and did a great job in making the trip amazing and seamless. We highly recommend his services for such tours.

  Where do we start. As you are obviously reading this, you have already found Joyful holidays, and are wanting to compare reviews. We chose Joyful holidays because Sonia could offer a tailor-made tour. We were looking to tour the Golden Triangle but also wanted to add in a trip to Amritsar, to see the golden temple and the Wagah border ceremony, and a train journey. Additionally, we are an elderly couple and needed to be sure the tour was at a steady pace. Our driver Parveen was excellent and spoke very good English, at all times he was polite and courteous. Also, despite the chaos of the Indian roads, we always felt safe. Our official guides at each location all spoke good English and were very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, even a wheelchair was provided as one of us has a slight mobility issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and would not hesitate to recommend that you book your tour with Joyful holidays. Talk to Sonia, WhatsApp, email, phone, do it now.

  We had a memorable Golden Triangle tour! We visited Agra, Ranthambore, Jaipur and Delhi - our driver Ajay was great all around the 6 days and he really took care of us. He was calm, patient, we had nice conversations and he made sure that we had the best time. Also the local guides really enriched our Indian experience. Definitely recommended!

  I’m very thankful for an excellent service and experience throughout the entire trip. Thank you Ms. Sonia for tending personally to all our needs. And it was a pleasure to meet you. We wish you a prosperous future to your company. Our driver Mr. Shiva was excellent. He had provided us with a most outstanding service. He was punctual and always polite and made sure our needs were met. His attitude always a pleasant one and his automobile was always very clean and comfortable.   My husband and I had an amazing time during our trip through India. We did the golden triangle and had a amazing time. I’m so glad I used this company that went above and beyond for us and provided excellent service. I met Sonia and she was the one who organized our trip and was very easy to communicate with her. If I came back to India I would definitely be contacting Sonia. She took her time to meet us and explained to us her background and how she got to be the founder of this company which is pretty amazing! All of our tour guides were great. Mr. Shiv was our driver during our trip and he was not only our driver but became our friend. Mr. Shiv provided excellent service with a smile on his face always and got to know more about the Indian culture through him. We felt safe with him at all times and consider yourself lucky if you get Mr. Shiv as a driver, he gets a golden star from me amd thanks to him as well or trip to India was pretty memorable.

  First time to India! Our services were impeccable. Sonia the owner of Joyful Holiday was professional and gracious when booking our holiday. What made our holiday even more memorable was our driver, Shiva. Shiva was so helpful in every step of the way. Not enough words to express how grateful we are for him. Shiva was an excellent driver, informative tour guide and showed us all the best of India. We wish more people in the world were like Shiva! He definitely deserves a 10 star review!
