    It was bad from the start and went down-hill form there -I was told to board the ship after 6pm by TourRadar but CroisiEurope boarding time was actually 4:30pm -I was not informed in advance that this is a French-speaking tour that will "accommodate" english. This was done with resistance though. -There was only one other couple on board from the US. There were 4 French-Canadians added to our table but they were primarily French-speakers. I took this cruise along and therefore truly was alone. While I know others spoke and understood English, they preferred not to. -The food was mediocre at best. The same food choices for breakfast every single day. Sometimes there was only one choice for lunch and dinner. The wait-staff was stretched and it was difficult to get their attention. -My carpet (yes, carpet everywhere, old carpet) was soaked on the second day after when a pipe-burst i

For tours departing after July 31st, 2025, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with CroisiEurope River Cruises. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • The following cards are accepted for "CroisiEurope River Cruises" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
