Hotels were located a bit out of the central areas but were close to public transportation to make travel convenient. Included breakfasts were great and tons of food options however we were unable to make use of some due to early flights or desired activities.Show more

- DDDwight· March 26th, 2024I have been offered the opportunity to give a review several times before this. I wanted to wait until the trip was completely done. The staff from TourRadar were as helpful as they could be. Unfortunately, the trip was booked through WingBuddy and we were much less pleased with their service. Several of the hotels we were booked in were pretty horrible, even by European standards. Our hotel in Florence was practically right on the major railroad tracks and neither of us got any sleep because of the trams and trains. It would seem that WingBuddy would maybe consider reading reviews for the hotels they book for their travelers. The amount of fighting we had to do before the trip to get any information at all was ridiculous and having to pay extra for a hotel change ($500 USD) with no credit at all for what we had already paid for is 100% unacceptable. Because of our issues with Wingbuddy, we likely will not be using TourRadar again.
