- YHYong· September 29th, 2023The tour started badly, with some miscommunications. There was nobody to receive us at the Don Meaung airport as promised. The few telephone numbers that were given by the tour operator were not answered despite repeated calls. As a last resort we called the hotel and managed to get the handphone number of the tour operator and explained the situation. Apparently, we were given the wrong information and waited at the wrong gate while the driver was waiting at another location. All in, we waited anxiously for about one hour before we managed to contact the tour operator. Thankfully the subsequent days at bangkok and chiangmai went on well. I hope the tour operator in future please give a contactable phone number in case there is any need to contact them.Show more
