  We were a group 6 people with different abilities and ages. We had a driver and guide who both did an amazing job of assisting and adjusting our trip to accommodate our different needs and abilities. It would be better if the vans were equipped with a microphone so we could have gotten more information about the areas were passing through. There were some last minute changes to the itinerary that were super well communicated by the tour company, but that being said the guide was still receptive when we asked to do something else. We also felt like it would be even better if the days were planned to avoid too much activity in the middle of the day when the sun is strongest. Overall we had an amazing trip and are looking forward to coming back one day!

  Exploring Sri Lanka on this tour was an absolute revelation! From the misty highlands to the sun-kissed beaches, every corner of this island nation felt like a treasure waiting to be uncovered. My expert guide, Hasanka led me on a seamless journey through ancient ruins, lush tea plantations, and bustling markets, offering fascinating insights into the country’s rich history and vibrant culture. Whether marveling at the majestic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, encountering wild elephants in Minneriya National Park, exploring the ancient capital of Polonnaruwa or simply lounging on the pristine shores of Mirissa, each day brought new adventures and unforgettable memories.   We found ourselves in an unfortunate situation four days into our Sri Lanka trip of needing to organise a driver. Mango Vacations organised a 14 day trip, starting in Weligama and ending in Colombo for us within 12 hours and it could not have turned out any better. Their communication from the start was warm and professional, they sent a representative on our first day to introduce us to our driver Pavithra. We cannot thank Pavithra enough for how incredible he has been throughout our journey in Sri Lanka, from the moment he picked us up he has gone above and beyond to make our trip so memorable and special. Always punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and easy going he made getting from place to place a seemless experience. He also organised some excellent experiences; particularly Polonarawu, Pidgeon island NP, Yala & Minneriya NP (would definitely recommend using Mango Vacations preferred suppliers for these experiences) and was always ready to answer our questions about specific places. It is also definetly worth noting Pavithra's helping my partner plan a proposal, suggesting a location and assisting us to get there and taking some very special photos (we have been asked if they have been taken by a professional photographer). Thank you Pavithra & Mango Vacations you will be very highly recommended by us to friends & family who are coming to Sri Lanka

  Our trip around Sri Lanka's countryside, historical centre and coastline was incredibly diverse, entertaining and enriching for our entire family. However, what really made our holiday so special was our driver and guide Vishwa, who went above and beyond in making the tour as comfortable, uncomplicated and enjoyable as possible. Without his knowledge and passion for showing us what Sri Lanka has to offer, we certainly would not have seen nearly half as many places. As cliché as this sounds, after 2 weeks of travelling around together, Vishwa truly became a good friend, as we got to know each other better and he would always be down to join our activities and dinners. He is a great driver but even better person, extremely caring and fun to be around. If you find yourself looking for a tour around Sri Lanka, I could not recommend Vishwa enough, you won't regret choosing him.

  We had a great tour. Mango Vacation was available during the whole time and supported where needed. They totally tried to make possible everything we wished for. Thank for their patience again. Our guide Hasanka was great he was always there trying to get the best for us. We learned a lot from him about Sri Lankan history, religion and politics. We can highly recommend the tour, the guide and the company.

  We couldn't have wished for a better driver. By the end of the tour Vish, our driver, felt more like a friend than a driver. He is really informative and helpful.Also when you book him you have a personal photographer, as he loves taking pictures. He is more than happy to help with booking hotels and is good at recommending places to eat. He is very flexible and you can count on him. Vish is also guiding walks to famous sites. He also checks your room to make sure everything is ok for you. The best experience and we couldn't imagine a better way to tour Sri Lanka.We will miss him. 12 out of 10. Could not fault him.He is the best.

  We could not be happier! For 6 days we traveled through Sri Lanka with our driver Hasanka. Hasanka was not only our driver, he was our guide, interpreter, security guard and friend. His english was very good, he was very polite, always on time and drove safely. He knows a lot about the country and culture and showed us great things. No matter what we needed - Hasanka was there for us, like a guardian angel. We had the best time. Thank you so much for everything Ayya, we miss you already. We can highly recommend Mango Vacation.

  I came to Sri Lanka with my mum for two weeks in May 2023 and had the privilege to be shown around the beautiful country by Thili and Pavithra who was our driver. These two boys were real gentlemen and super lovely and respectful and always opened the car door for me and my mum! We’ve had a super fun journey throughout our tour in Sri Lanka and Thili was very knowledgeable about the places to see and visit which was super helpful. We booked hotels as we went along so having the flexibility was fantastic. We could go wherever we wanted and the boys were happy to meet us at any time of the day. Me and my mum had a great laugh with the boys and made some really lovely memories. They made my mum feel like a Sri Lankan queen! They also became our photographers which was great! I definitely recommend booking Mango Vacations for your Sri Lanka tour!

  We spent 11 days with the wonderful Hasanka as our driver. We had such a fabulous time. He always drove safely and made sure we were looked after and happy. He made sure we got to do everything on our personal itinerary, even if this meant travelling out of the way. He gave suggestions and recommendations but was never pushy or made us feel pressured to do anything we didn't want to. We loved everywhere we went in addition to our planned spots. He was always happy to come with us/guide us on tricky hill climbs if we needed and showed us how to get to places. He is very knowledgeable so could tell us more about the history/culture and was always happy to answer our questions. He's lovely to chat to and a really relaxed and lovely man. Thank you so much, Hasanka! We would highly recommend Mango Vacations. The communication from the company before and during the trip was great. We look forward to using them again!
