- TFTakami· June 12th, 2024We loved the hotel and the area that we stayed, however we needed more guidance on how to get to meeting points of the tours. For the cost of the tour package, there was a lot of money that we still had to spend on meals and travel costs. Rather than waste time getting lost, we often opted for taxis. For what we got on the tour, it seems that my friend and I could have planned the trip ourselves.Show more

The first one was a small group tour fully escorted in Italy and it was wonderful. This trip is independent and you are joining at the meeting point to daily group ours. If you have send of orientation, it may be difficult so I recommend yo to take a taxi to reach out to the meeting points. Usually it costs 15-20Euro. The company upgraded our hotel to New Hotel Le Voltaire 4* ,, located in 11th Arrondissement, close to Bastille. It is a correct one, decent breakfast. - Alina· October 9th, 2023Let me begin with my hotel, the André Latin. In the 5th, full of early morning student energy rushing to classes. Chambermaid service every day. A great spread of breakfast included. The 17th century church of Saint Jacques close by. Public Transport on the hotel avenue and a short distance from Luxembourg for Metro and other buses. Although I missed the meeting for the Eiffel Tower, a Guide was sent to meet me and provide me with my entrance ticket. Bus ride through the City was exciting and the trip to Versailles amazing. It was neat and clean, the people were nice and the breakfast buffet was adequate. but there were vitrually no amenities and it was not in a convenient location. None of the meeting places were within reasonable walking distance, usually 25 to 30 minutes by taxi or Uber. In fact on one occasion, when protests were going on in the city, it took an hour by Uber to get back to the hotel from the area near The Louvre. Customer service was very helpful and answered my pre-trip questions. Our hotel André Latin was very close to all the main attractions hot very small rooms for solo travelers.
