Show moreTrip date: November 2024- Irene· December 1st, 2024The tour was good and a lot if that had to do with the service provided by our guide, CheongAn. I am primarily interested in culture, history, and nature, so my favorite parts of the tour were Gyeongju and independent time spent at the beach in Haeunda. The hotel was less than a 5 minute walk from the beach! Having said that, despite the fact that the tour states it is easy physically and suitable for all ages, that isn't really the case. A lot of walking is involved and the guide sets a pace of approximately 4 km/hr. There are many activities that involve climbing stairs. If you have any sort of disability or health issues, or if you mostly lead a sedentary lifestyle, this tour probably isn't for you. If you still choose this tour be sure to remind both the tour company and guide about any accommodations required. Once they know about any health issues, they will do their best to advise you beforehand of strenuous activities and suggest an alternate activity. For the most part, though, if you can't keep up, they will suggest you rest at a cafe or walk around independently, so you won't get the full experience of the tour.Show moreThe Dragon Trip commented on this reviewHey there. We customized our tour so we can spend more time in Seoul to see & eat more :-) Dragon Trip put a very well curated tour that showcased South Korean culture and cuisine, and each of us in our private tour appreciated each day. Our photos at Seoul’s Gyeongbokgung Palace in our rented Royal costumes are priceless! During our tour, we took cabs, cable cars, high speed train (train to Busan), boat (night tour in Busan), yacht in Jeju, flights and private buses. It was the best! We were able to request the tour to include activities related to our interest in Kdrama and KFood. Everything went smoothly with the able leadership of our Adventure Leader Kim, Sam. He was a great guy, obviously experienced and loved what he does as a guide and his enthusiasm in showing us the best of what he lived about SKorea and the tour we chose was quite evident and palpable.
