- LKLinda· November 6th, 2024I would change the last three days in Toyko is too much most people stay over if they want more time there especially as only one day is a tour You could add another day Nagoya having the Toyota in the morning and a free day in the afternoon there is a lot to see there but you don't get to because you get there too lateShow more

- WAWendy· November 6th, 2024The itinerary was good on the tour but our Tour guide lacked patience and rushed us quite a bit. We paid extra to go on the Hiroshima tour and it felt like the whole day was rushed, we went to Miyajima Island and then we were sent into the museum which was so packed you couldn't actually walk through it without be crammed in, so I gave up and left. From information from other people that have visited there, there are many other places to see there rather than racing through these two places like we did. Any other stops we went to the guide walked at a very fast past and talked to only the first few people that could catch up. When the group asked about this he became very confrontational, then I said when I booked the tour it said for up to 99 year olds and that there was no way they would be able to keep up if we could not. We booked a 10 day tour this tour only provided a guide for 5 days out of the ten. Also I would suggest adding a night event/meal where the group could get to know each other. Our guide also started calling us by numbers for our rooms which I did not think was appropriate, unless he was tired of trying to say the names correctly. I know there are timelines to follow but I believe there needs to be more time given to get a lunch when being dropped off in a busy area with no recommendations where to eat (one hour to find a place order, eat and pay in a busy area is not reasonable). The last hotel we stayed at was quite far from where it was said it would be and we had booked additional time in Tokyo and had to take a very expensive Uber ride to our new place from the hotel. Overall I found the guide underwhelming, confrontational, and not helpful at all. - TBThomas· November 5th, 2024Perfect itinerary for first time visitors to Japan. We went to all of the famous sites of the country including Mt.Fuji. It's was truly fun feeding the deers in Nara. The 1st day was simply the night before start of tour and last 2 days were free days in Tokyo with no tour or guide. Our guide was very nice and helpful. There was a strange letter from local agency demanding $150 extra dollars which made no sense to me. At 1st I thought maybe the tour guide tip, but that was not the case. I did not give the company the $150.
