- MMichelle· July 29th, 2024Fidel was a great CEO. He was quick to respond to any needs and communicated each days plans. Fidel was kind, funny, knowledgeable and did a good job keeping us together and on time. His English is very good. You can tell he has a passion for his job. Twice when I was finished with dinner, he walked me back to the hotel. The air conditioned bus was nice. We saw a lot of Bali and learned a lot. I was a solo traveler and the other travelers in our group were all great. The 2 areas of improvement would be more detailed info in advance on optional activities. Otherwise I would suggest people book activities for the free time somewhere like Viator or Get your Guide.
