From getting hotel extended stay from four nights to seven nights trip, from adding extra trips to our itinerary and adjusting daily trips to our personal schedule. All company's staff from drivers and tour guides to phone operators were courteous, polite and professional to meet our requests. - TDTony· May 6th, 2024I really don’t know what to say. First, I understand that my flight was delayed, did not get pickup at the airport, had to pay for taxi to hotel. Got address to make sure I was going to the right hotel, the taxi driver took us to the wrong hotel. We got stuck paying for our stay at that hotel. Got picked up by our driver at hotel, he was very rude, as we were not at the hotel we were supposed to be at. Thought we had that squared away. Next, we were taken to our Dhow dinner, dropped off. But once again, stuck as nobody picked us up afterwards. Had to find our way back to the hotel. Received email saying to make sure I have my vouchers for my excursions. Never received any. But of course never needed them anyway. I would receive messages what time my drivers would pick me up the next morning, sometimes receiving the information as late as 1:30 am. After my trip I started receiving vouchers!!! But not for me, for other people who are on the trip at present. We were placed in the hotel 1 hour from Dubai center, every morning they drive you 40 minutes to meeting point, where all the tours starts even when you need to go to opposite direction. 2-3 hours wasted for driving to and from meeting points. In all the tours they will take you to sales pitch presentations. Every day during the tour they pick up different people and drive them to different activities during your paid tour. As a result you almost see nothing.
