Room in the ship was spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the terrace! The tour was run smoothly and everything very punctual. The service, the food and drinks on the ship were first class. All program points on the ship can be used voluntarily. (If you use everything, it could feel a little stressful because you don't have much time to take a bath in the room or just sit comfortably on the balcony of the cabin or relax a little on deck. Everything was seamless, transport from hotel and back, such a well organised cruise. The natural beauty of the bay is truly breathtaking, with towering limestone karsts rising majestically from the emerald waters. Our guide, Mr. Tom, was exceptional—knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived in Halong Bay, we were captivated by the stunning scenery. We had the opportunity to kayak through hidden caves, explore floating villages, and relax on pristine beaches. The cruise ship we stayed on was comfortable and clean, offering delicious food and a welcoming crew. Overall, our trip to Halong Bay was an extraordinary experience. Other than the first buffet lunch, which had no coordination, all the meals were exceptional. We started in a downstairs room which was good, if a little cramped as was anticipated, and for the second night got upgraded to a top floor room that had an captivating balcony to enjoy an evening drink on. Jessica, the person who kept a running WhatsApp dialogue with us throughout the trip, helping with all our needs, was amazing.Show more
