  Optional excursions were not provided to us throughout the tour and we were advised that the one excursion we wanted (Moulin Rouge) advertised on the website was sold out and we were never given an option to get tickets or reserve for it beforehand. If we had known this we would have got tickets for the show months prior on our own. Very disappointing.

  For 3 days were crammed in a coach that was not suitable for long distance comfort. Despite complaints from majority of customers nothing was achieved. Told it was the high season and bus met regulations. We would travel from 8am till 7 or 8pm, our bodies were sore and made it difficult to enjoy the towns visited. Response to complaints had the feeling of profit before customer comfort. Positive note we saw a lot of Europe, tour guides were great but we will never do a bus tour again this was our once and only. We will stick with the comfort of cruise ships.

  We had seen the places that was in the itinerary. The tour guides were good at what they do. Overall, we had a wonderful trip. Thank you tour radar and europamundo. I hope to schedule another family trip in the future.

  Plan was good, transfer was good, tour leaders was good, hotels wasn't good enough. Also there was better benefits for Spanish English people without any reason, about time wise and hotels and tour explanations. In general I hope Europamundo can works on this problems.

  This tour company is different than others I’ve had before. You constantly change groups/people as they hop on and off, tour directors/leaders, and busses. It can be very confusing and difficult to bond with the group or your tour lead which can be half the fun. Everything was fine, and we made it through. But I will likely not travel with this company again.

  This was my first trip to Europe and my first long tour. I was also travelling with my parents. I picked it because I wanted to see the most I could in the short amount of time I had. It was also cheaper than most tours and had no extra hidden costs/fees which other tours had. A thing to note is that your guide and travel companions will change as it is sort of like a hop on, hop off tour where anyone can join at any time. Itinerary: I felt this was good and well thought through. I did not have a plan for this holiday so it suited me well - I did not want to spend time looking for things or waste time getting lost. We got to see the main "tourist" attractions. We were given enough time to see what we needed to see however this may not be the case if you are interested in spending more time at cathedrals or seeing other museums/sites (aside from the itinerary). At times it felt we had too little time for a proper sit down meal - fortunately I much prefer street food and trying a vast array of foods. The downside was we had an entire "free" day to explore in Paris - I wish this free day was instead used for Bruges and our day trip through some towns in Belgium. Accommodation + Meals: A lot of the accommodation we had were further away from the town centre. Some were serviced well by public transport, others were not. This can make things difficult for an inexperienced or anxious traveller - especially for those who are technology naive. The meals included were continental breakfasts at the hotel + 1 lunch at Grindelwald. We thoroughly enjoyed sharing lunch with the rest of the group in Grindelwald. In Pisa our guide, Majed, asked if anyone wanted him to book a set lunch for them; I felt this was a very thoughtful gesture. A large majority of our group were older adults - Time constraints, lack of knowledge and the overwhelming amount of choices was stressful. The choice of a set lunch/dinner for a chance to try the country's cuisine would be a nice optional extra to add for future travellers. My worst experience throughout the entire trip was our stay in Novotel (St. Denis) in Paris (3 days). For a 4 star hotel the staff were rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. Breakfast ran later than advertised; it was also confined to a small conference room for all the tourists. One morning the breakfast line was all the way into the hotel lobby, they didn't have enough food for everyone either. The area is unsafe and there was no security on duty. We had an incident whereby one member in our group was assaulted and attacked (they tried stealing her bag), someone also tried to snatch another member's handbag. Thank you to our guide, Veronica, for sorting it all out. Transportation: Think of this as a long road trip in a coach. We were asked to try and not use the on-board toilet except in the case of an emergency to reduce any smells - which I felt was reasonable and everyone in our group was okay with it. The driver makes mandatory stops along the way for a mandatory break (there's bathrooms available and food). A tip would be to make sure you have the right change to use the bathroom as some do not give change (varied for 50c to 1euro). We changed buses a few times. Some buses had USB charging ports which worked, others did not. The Wi-Fi is a little slow so it would be best to grab a sim card with data which can be used throughout Europe to save any stress. Guides: We had 6 different guides: Montse, Maria, Israel, Veronica, Majed and Sofia. All our guides were knowledgeable in the areas we travelled. I felt Israel went one step further by suggesting different local restaurants in the area and telling us about the cuisine and "must try" dishes. Additionally, Majed offered to make us a reservation at a restaurant with a set menu (this saved us the trouble of stressing over what to eat).

  Desire Europe tour was fairly good. I wanted to thank the guides that made it possible: Maria Jose and Tomas (both very well experienced), Israel (fresh new guy with a great attitude), Albert (nice and friendly), Antonio (even when he was a bit sick he did great work). We enjoyed the tour in general but there are a couple of sour things that I really hate about it: When I first tried to book a tour I had to change itineraries because those were not in our range of age? really not the case as we travelled with young couples, families with children which were all way below our age. When in Rome guide Mustafa did a very poor job as due to the snow weather, after the bus windshield tour he just decided to give us 30 min at the Vatican for pictures and then we should return to the hotel located at the outskirts of Rome (bad decision as weather already improved) I told him that all people in the bus came for a very long distance but he indicated he got instruction from his haed office to return (since he has to pretect the bus). I'm sorry but we did not buy into it and my wife and I decided to stay and returnred by 4pm ejoyiong a sunny afternoon... this was just a big dissapointment since customers are the reason for tour operators to exist... the following morning, we had to take taxi to the airport when a shuttle van was available for a family that took our same flight to Madrid... bad bad bad... left a sour taste on us so next time we might look for a better tour operator.
