Very adaptable. Provided options on transport to save time & inconvenience. Gave us information on each place visited but didn't overload us like school children. Provided suggestions on places to visit, restaurants, etc during free time. Hotels & guest houses all very good. Would have liked to stay 2 nights in Berat instead of 1. That is our 2nd Intrepid tour, will definitely keep recommending to friends.
