  We actually did not get to go on this tour. Due to unavoidable conflicts we were not able to go. We contacted Intrepid multiple times leading up to the trip to see if we could take a credit for another trip instead of cashing in on the insurance policy. Literally no response from them until the day we were supposed to leave. I can't attest to the actual trips but the administration is not great. Along with the lack of communication or just "automated emails", they sent us the attestation form of our physical fitness the day we were to leave for the trip (would think that would need to be done when you first book the trip). When we first booked the trip, I tried desperately to get anyone at Intrepid to send me an itinerary of the trip add-ons or what the heck was included in the add-on. For example a bike ride was offered as a day add-on after the trek but no one could tell me where the bike ride went or what it included.....just that I could pay to add it on. Based on this customer service, I would not book an Intrepid trip again. I think the company is too large with too many trips to provide quality customer service.

  The tour was fabulous, from the organisation to the food, from the sights to the scenery. Mo, our tour leader, was top notch - really friendly, knowledgeable about his country and culture, and a great companion on the trek. I had one of my most memorable adventures.

  Moe' was an excellent guide, super helpful, friendly, generous and flexible to all the group. Expertly guided and assisted us through the mountains. Meals were good and never a problem for being vegetarian. Accommodation was good.

  Climbing Mount Toubkal was amazing but not necessarily a trip for everyone! I loved spending time in Marrakech but again feel it is an acquired taste.

  Tour guide was approachable and organised. Very friendly. Able to follow the schedule with flexibility. I liked the guidance of what to do in ones free time. Excellent foods provided - too much - portions should be smaller to avoid waste. Excellent variety of food. Youssef was an excellent guide - both in the city and on the mountains. Great to have a second mountain guide also which provided reassurance for the team. Excellent trip. Thank you

  Very well organized trip. The trip description matches the experience. Good value for money. Fantastic tour guide and support staff, who made this trip an amazing experience. I felt very safe during hiking in the mountains. Very professional and friendly stuff.
