When we got to Hanoi, we were advised that they had all cancelled and we were the only ones on the tour. We wanted to be on a group tour but now there was only us two. Apart from that disappointment, the tour was well organised. The tour guides and drivers used throughout the tour were always on time and very good during the time they were with us. We had no problems at all during the tour.Show more

We weren't sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised right after landing in Hanoi. Our transfer to the hotel was ready, even though the flight arrived in the early morning hours. Our guide was waiting for us at the hotel reception to assist with check-in and provide details about our daily holiday plan. All excursions and transfers were well-organized and on time. Some guides were a bit challenging to understand; they should work on improving their English. A big thank you to all excursion guides for their knowledge and passion for Vietnam and Cambodia's history and future. Special thanks to Tom; he is an excellent guide! We received a wealth of information about the history and current life in Vietnam and Cambodia. It was clear how much he loves his country and wants to share it with clients. We had an amazing time.
