View in EnglishWe had booked domestic flights, because we did not want to drive 10 hours by car and the Travelagency had meant, no problem! ... and for this we have also not paid little! Almost 3x as much as if we had booked ourselves. That was in March! A week before departure in October it turned out that not a single flight was booked! Now the flights were already gone!!! We sat for a long time on the cell phone and discussed with the agency ...So our trip had to be rearranged and we actually lost a day! Also the hotels were mostly others that we had in the itinerary. Legendgroup was a single disaster! Once we had only 3flights instead of 4! Also the times were not good for the round trip! The agency on site was then halfway good, but everything we made up on the spot (eg surcharge on the train for higher class) , was then not kept, because everywhere was booked by the agency too late! We should be flexible, said one of the sellers! We are, because we were already very often in Asia, but that our trip already before the beginning does not work, because we would be stuck in Bangkok, because the flight was forgotten to book, has nothing to do with flexibility! The guide Noi, however, was super, a blast! He was able to fix a lot of things on his own! Compliments!!!
