Danny was always available on whatsapp to answer any questions and contact people as necessary. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly and went above and beyond to share personal anecdotes. However, As a family with 2 children aged 11 &. 12, we had requested via Tour Radar, family or interconnecting rooms. We were told these weren’t available at our various locations, however with the exception of Ho Chi Minh City, on arrival to each of the new locations I was able to arrange with the hotel to be moved in to family rooms.
