Really great holidays, well organized and prompt communication from travel agent. Great scenic sights. Especially liked Kim An hotel for the comfortable stay, great hospitality and food. Acnos hotel and San Premium was also very good. Two activities like the Mekong delta and bamboo boat ride in Hoi An were a bit similar - that’s my only piece of feedback.
- by Sanskriti NaikIt was a great and comprehensive tour, but I found myself without time to do certain things, or missing things I didn't realise were nearby for my "day at your lesisure". That's partly my fault though. Just to say the organisers do recommend a lot of things as options, but do your own research too to avoid disappointment. And overall there's just so much to do in Vietnam, 11 days isn't enough no matter what, but I really did feel like I saw a lot of the best parts of the country.

We did the Wild Sarawak tour and in overall terms was fantastic and we extended our tour with a stay at Osman's Homestay which I cannot fault. There is a big "However" in that during the Intrepid trip we were required to get out the river boat, climb the bank and then climb back down further along due to low water levels. I fell on to my back on to rocks below and I cannot express how well the local teams reacted and made sure everything was in place when we arrived at the final disembarking point but Intrepid themselves felt it not needed to follow up to see if I was OK post trip and whether recovered. I had to email to say how disappointed I was. All I got was a cursory oh well it happened but we take no responsibility despite the guides saying they had raised the point on safety of this getting in and out of boats at that point. There was mention of a rope being installed to assist but this had not been actioned. This I feel is an admission of responsibility. Shame on you intrepid for your lack of empathy and care post trip. You pays your money and get fobbed off. Just an extra bit, a big shout out to Nizam our guide and Larry the local boat organiser for their total care for both myself and my wife in the time of most need.
- by Simon End Bsl JonesThis was a fantastic tour. I really enjoyed it. From the tour group to the tour guides they all made the trip so enjoyable. The guides were fab Issy, Noon and Mr Black the photogtapher. Would def recommend it.

I was unable to experience the tour as it was cancelled before it even began. Despite making a full advance payment, which itself felt risky, the company started to hesitate on the availability of certain hotels, possibly due to peak season and low profit margins. This left us in a difficult situation, forcing us to replan our trip at a much higher cost. Additionally, it took 18 days to get a refund (this was partly also due to initial refund made to a non usd account of mine). We lost some money in conversion and all the transaction costs. Regardless, We were greatly inconvenienced and I would not recommend this tour company to anyone.

Great mix of locations. Khao Sok was amazing. We were sent all information needed. Including pick up times. Arriving first night a welcome message would have been nice at the hotel. All hotels were clean and tidy. Rock and Treehouse was awesome. As a couple we would have preferred to not have been located in Patong and a more central Hotel in Bangkok
- by Lorna HarrisOverall good except day to the islands.(James Bond etc) Itinerary says pick up at 7:30, then message it's 8:30. Waited at lobby till 9:20. Would be good if they send message to update the later time as causes anxiety whether tour on. Also requested reception for help but cannot contact anyone as no Thai operator listed.

The itinerary was great, a nice variety between cities and national parks. As well as historical and modern sites. You got a good overview and I would now have the confidence to travel through South Korea on my own to visit some places again. The group was quite large with 17 people. A group with max 12 people would have been better, would also reduce waiting times for upcoming activities. The tour guide was Korean himself and gave good tips for leisure excursions and restaurants. His explanations of how Korea works were also clear and well-founded. Only the daily planning for the next day he could have given earlier and shared in the Whatsapp group so that it is not forgotten and everyone has the information, with such large groups something gets lost.
- by Madleen BaslerThe tour was great as we checked off so many things to do throughout S Korea. We also had an amazing group which made such a difference when we were doing group activities such as Tae Kwon Do and K-pop dance class.

Extremely unprofessional experience all round. The tour is not as advertised. They claim a guide is with us the entire tour and we only get hotel reservations and qr codes for trains (which I had to harass the agent over WhatsApp to obtain) and local tour guides. Nobody picks you up at your hotel. You have to figure out a random meetup point with the local tour guide. In addition, it took me months with them before the tour to coordinate a train ticket change and they got it wrong multiple times on top of misquoting fares and realizing I could have done it right myself in a matter of minutes. Do yourself a favor: book a real tour or book everything on your own. You'll get better customer service from yourself and better fares. People pay the additional premium for a tour to have a more relaxed experience all round. This company is extra work and you have to do everything as if you had booked it yourself and shoulder what the agents do in order to get it right. I'm a seasoned traveller having travelled to 47 countries on 5 continents. By far this was the most unprofessional and incompetent travel experience I've had with any tour operator. I was given the ridiculous excuse that Japan was a hot destination and they were overwhelmed with requests and that's why things took time, and guess what: I'm the only person on this tour ! The only positive: you do get nice hotels and decent guides (which you can get on your own for just cheaper and much faster). I can only leave the worst of reviews here and save people money and disappointment.
- by Thierry NawarThis is basically a travel agent putting together an itinerary for private travel. No group. No guide. The provider did an excellent job with transportation, but I honestly just didn't love any of the locations. It's been my least favorite trip in Asia.

Excellent trip to Vietnam! I highly encourage having a tour guide to understand the culture and interactions. Our tour guides were outstanding. We had Alice on day 1 and was sweet and caring and gave a lot of info on the history of the tour. Day 2 we had Pho/Élio and he had us so engaged with the tour with so much knowledge. He also taught us some Vietnamese words and he even sang two beautiful Vietnamese songs on the boat while drinking our coconut drinks. I will always use a tour guide and so thankful for a great trip and wonderful memories for a lifetime! Also want to thank the bus/taxi drivers and also Tony for making this whole trip happen at the last minute! Tony had great communication with me the entire time and never delayed in getting back. You guys are a great team. Thank you all!
- by TammyReally good service with extremely friendly, caring and knowledgeable guides! They have shared interesting facts about the local culture and the places we were visiting, have helped us experience the activities first hand and tried their best to take care of us Vietnam's biggest strength is their people and their good attitude They even ask for your food preferences and allergies Although I feel as a strict vegetarian, the food can be slightly better But they did try their best possible

Iconic Japan tour was a great introduction to Japan.
- by Catherine Margaret O'SullivanTwo comments 1. To add the Urang Hutan reservation in Kuching to the itinerary 2. The hotel in Bilit was not up to par, so if there are other options, it is worthwhile to check

I joined Rhi for the Ultimate South East Asia tour earlier this year and it was by far the best Contiki I've ever been on, specifically because of how incredible she was as a TM! I got to really immerse myself in every city we stopped in because she had such wonderful local knowledge and recommendations to share. She made everyone on the group feel welcome and safe, and we could not have asked for a better person to spend the month with. I wish Rhi could lead every tour I go on!
- by Arielle HornedoRhi was the best trip manager. She is the most organised and dedicated with extensive day sheets, above and beyond recommendations for free time activities and places to eat. It really makes our experience a breeze. Hard working behind the scenes after long days spent socialising with the crew. Making sure we were always looked after and enjoying ourselves :)

After completing the trip I felt nothing short of awe and was genuinely sad when it was over. My guide, Joana Lima, was a little ball of love, energy and amazing hospitality. The tour was one of the best times of my life, I only wish it went longer. #nojudging

The Tour was amazingly scheduled and perfect, we saw so many things that we likely wouldn’t have had I planned it myself, accommodation, activities, guides were great accordingly! Winter is rather high season in Vietnam, so many Chinese tourists, india…but cheap services also friendly people
- by Bobby ChartenPositive Points: 1. The sites/activities elected for the visits very good 2. Local guides were excellent 3. Timely and efficient hotel/airport transfers 4.All lodging was clean and comfortable 5. Ease of contacting operator to assist with questions/problems Negatives: 1. Notice given to us as to the program for the upcoming day and/or flights came to us last minute at several points in our tour leaving us unsure as to what to do and requiring our reaching out to operator for assistance. We should not have had to do so. 2. Two hotel locations were not suitable. (A) In Ho Chi Minh City we were dropped off from the airport along a main street and told that our hotel (Prague) was "down there" We walked along a crowded, noisy, roughly paved side street to find the hotel with no assistance. Area was noisy and staff would not honor our request for a room change to quieter location until operator intervened. (B) In Luang Prabang, the hotel was well removed from interesting part of town. It was not within walking distance of anything of interest. Given that operator left us with 2 free days at tour's end, we decided to leave the hotel and book a suitable place by ourselves nearer points of interest. Neither of the hotels had good reviews. We were extremely disappointed in the operator's selection of those places for out tour. 3. For unknown reasons to us, our tour itinerary was changed. We did not expect to have to unescorted days at the end of our tour in Laos. We left home assuming we would be flying to Siem Reap on day 15 (Dec 13). Instead we got notice that our flight would be on Dec 11 and that we would be on our own for the last two days of our tour (Dec 17 and 18). Still a mystery to us and we wonder what we missed as a result. Suggestions: 1. Do not use Vietjet. We booked our arrival to Vietnam with them and they bumped us with alternative flight for 2 days after our Indochina Tour was to begin. Later, our flight to Ho Chi Minh was delayed many hours with no communication for Vietjet as to when it would be leaving. Vietnam air, I think, would be a much better option. 2. We suggest 2 nights in Sapa. To spend 6 hours traveling each way for 1 overnight is too much. The walks we did there were very nice, but we had no time to enjoy the town or engage in some other activity in that area.
