Had an absolute blast, still thinking about this!!. Our tour leader Diana was beyond sensational, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fun - she was the cherry on top of this itinerary and added a sense of ease to the group. Lucked out with the other travellers on this one, any and all group excursions were shared with a smile and laughs.
- by Lucy CreightonHighly polished and well led tour by two excellent guides, Gabi and Hachem. A great bunch of twelve travellers who had a lot of fun together!

Enjoyed our recent tour of Porto and Lisbon. Despite the winter temps, there were clear blue skies throughout, all the cities were charming and tour guides were amazing. The food was excellent. Highly recommend.
- by ZaraGreat communication throughout the booking process. Just before going they send a really useful link to a detailed step by step itinerary. Hotel was good and all transport and tours were great. Going home with amazing pictures of San Miguel so all in all a great trip.

The planning was fantastic, we saw and did a tremendous amount. It was a hassle-free trip with a lot of self-direction. The communication was perfect and very helpful.
- by Nina ReusWould definitely use again. They did everything they said they would do and baggage and rooms were handled very well. No problems

when attemted to book, price shown to book was never the price than shown in next step, and could not enter credit card - second attem 200 $ more. Wrote an email and they did not even answer half of the questions, looked like a AI message..... not sure if we should book, if the experiance is the same than not worth it - most likely will not book, but defenitly not recomend Arosa
- by Matt MuellerBeautiful scenery, crew ever so kind, food delicious. Ship very comfortable. Well organised by Tourradar.

Good intentions. Poor Execution. Great trip on paper and advertisement. They start the day around 9 AM and drive you in a mini bus till about 8 PM. No time for lunch. No time to actually relax and sight see. Not recommended for travelers who have traveled with other tour companies like Gate1 or Globus or Trafalgar. Balks&More made us walk with luggage over cobbled streets. Driver and Guide were both new to the terrain. They waste a lot of time picking up and dropping off people over different hotels. Other people have to wait in the bus. Because their advertisement is enticing, they will cover all the cities but then who wants to see a palace at 7:30 PM for example. Many items are skipped. You will spend a lot of time in minivan. They will switch days or itinerary at a moment's notice. Luggage is in a trailer covered with a tarp.
The anticipation over our trip to the Balkans was met with surprise and delight. Traveling from the Nicola Tesla Airport in Belgrade to our hotel was done in style with a delightful driver pointing out areas of interest with a minor history lesson. But the real treat was our tour guide for the balance of the trip starting the following day. Dejan was extremely knowledgeable and without bias answering all our questions. He also introduced us to several very good ethnic restaurants, told personal stories and absolutely made the trip. We traveled approximately 3500 miles (about 5632.7 km) with a small, homogeneous group of diverse people (7 in all). Our accommodations were great, the food was wonderful and the friends we made, made it all the more enjoyable.

A thoroughly relaxing experience. Low key but very efficiently run. Accommodation, and in particular the meals were excellent. An experience to be repeated.
- by Michael MossThe cruise was fantastic from beginning to end. The staff were wonderful and as the only English speaking guest they went out of their way to translate for me. I even had my own English speaking guide for each excursion. The food was excellent and the overall ambience of the river cruise was thoroughly enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend this cruise for all Australians. It was an absolute gem!

The tour itinerary was amazing!!! However booking through TourRadar means you’re actually purchasing three separate tours in one package. Upon arrival in Athens, you’re greeted by a guide who provides vouchers for various tours, including a one-day Athens city tour, a four-day inland tour, and a day cruise. Our Athens experience was adjusted, cutting the initial two-day stay to one, with the cruise now scheduled after the inland tour which we didn’t know until we arrived. The hotels were excellent, and meals featured both Greek and Western options. December travel offered fewer crowds, colder weather and being winter some attractions were closed. The Athens city tour included stops like the Olympic Stadium however you had no time for photos at any of other landmarks on the bus tour. However stopping at the Acropolis Museum and Parthenon were highlights, with a fully guided Parthenon visit offering time for photos at the top. The four-day inland tour was unforgettable, with comfortable 4-star hotels, buffet meals, and a fantastic guide and driver. A few suggestions include adding a photo stop at the Rio-Antirion Bridge and reconsidering the restaurant in Mycenae. The group size increased on the last day (which we only found out on the day too) and that added some logistical delays which wasn’t great but overall the tour was beautiful and our guide Thomas was excellent!!
- by Adelaide MatinEverything was well organized. We had a great guide who knew the history of Turkey during the 2nd World War. The places we went to were very impressive. The hotels were fine .we had a very comfortable bus with wifi during the whole trip.

The only negative I have is that Uniworld did not provide name tags for each individual. Cruises are very social and meeting new people is always a pleasure. Name tags would have been so very helpful in getting to know fellow passengers and to recall names. If certain people don'tvwant to wear them then that's ok too.
- by Robert DavisonWhile enjoying another tour in Venice, one of your tour guides thought it was appropriate to berate our tour guide in front of everyone completely embarrassing him with an attempt to ruin our experience. This is appealing behaviour of your staff in thinking your clientele is more important than the rest of us trying to enjoy Venice as well. Our tour guide was doing nothing wrong and yours was completely out of line. Absolutely disgusting and example set on how your staff must be trained to deal with tourist crowds.

The overall tour and its organization was excellent. The package included tours and the optional tours were well organized and the tour guides were well informed and covered the most important aspects of each city that we visited given the time frame that the ship was docked. It was unfortunate that the tour group was unable to embark in Romania due to the recent floods and the likelihood of the Danube flooding around Turnu Magurele, necessitating the tour organizers transferring the group via bus to Port Vidin, Bulgaria to board the ship. The crew when approached were diligent, responsive and attentive to the guests requests and needs. The ship was kept in a hygienically clean condition and the food not only varied and generous but of a very high standard. All in all, I loved this cruise experience.
- by Helen Juliana DaveyWe missed the 1st port and instead of having 3 hours bus ride, we had to endure the 6 hours of bus ride under pouring rain. Also, the 2 rest stops during the trip to the ship were absolutely horrible: slippery floor in the bathroom, no toilet paper.. Upon arriving to the destination (the ship) -port Vidin, we had to get there with no umbrellas, very poor lighting and no help from the crew . The ground was very slippery and uneven. Very poor organization The next day we were informed that we are entitled only to 4 tours instead of promised tours at all the stops We were not allowed to open our windows in the cabin. The room was very stuffy. The bed lined wasn't change even once during 10days. The blankets were too short. The staff was excellent: friendly and helpful. It was our 2nd river cruise (the 1st was with Avalon), and Crucemundo was very substandard in comparison

A great tour to give a taste of the Balkan Countries.
- by Andrew NelsonWe chose Victor Tours to arrange a private tour for our visit to Serbia. We were extremely pleased with Victor Tours and would not hesitate to recommend this complany. Mihajlo listened to our preferences and arranged the perfect private tour for us. The guide, Radenko, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommended!

Major change in itinerary due to high water. High water is not unexpected but there was no plan B for an entire day. Replaced a tour with an ice cream party.
- by Frances ChristopherReally enjoyed the cruise. The food was exceptional, the excursions fun and enlightening and the entire crew was exceptional, fun, and professional. Bully for the Captain and Hotel Manager for setting the tone onboard. The Amabella experience must be the best! P.S. Cruise Manager Stefan is is star.

A great experience with amazing and knowledgable guides! Markel and Brikena were warm and welcoming, with lots of information and introduced us to some great food. We got to experience local spots in areas that we would otherwise not know of - and were further able to enjoy the bazaar and a glass of raki. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tirana for a day, and highly commend the Choose Balkan's team and their guides for their commitment to great service. Thank you!
- by Oliver TulkI had an absolute blast on my food-walking tour of Tirana. Besides getting to taste local street food like Byrek (an absolute must), we also learned plenty of history while walking through the different neighbourhoods of the city. Our guides, Markel and Brikena, were extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions we had throughout. You will not leave hungry and the Raki was the perfect finishing touch.

Don't do it! This tour is NOT worth the money. All you get is airport transfer, the hotel next to drug users and sex workers at an exaggerated rate and two tours (if you're lucky). In our case one tour got cancelled and we got another "free day" and a refund after we asked for it. The Taormina tour we had is not worth the money either. They drive you there with one stop, give you some info, then literally make you leave the car on a busy and steep road to do something on your own for two hours. The breakfast buffet at the hotel and the fast communication with the tour operators were the only praiseworthy things we've experienced during the 5 days.
- by Marcelo SanjuanHi TourRadar, Everything was perfect. We always got good directions and advice from the WhatsApp group. When I asked to change the time for the car to take us to the airport, it was done quickly and efficiently. Regards, Ricardo

When compared to other river cruises on which I have travelled, service on Avalon is less caring. Food is ok but not super. Worst of all, notwithstanding the prevalence of seasonal flu, they did nothing about guests talking avidly without mask while at the buffet table selecting food. Nor were coughing and sneezing customers asked to wear mask while in the bus, boat trips or at briefings. As a result, a number of passengers including my husband and I developed very bad flu towards the end of the trip.
- by LingExcellent crew, excellent food. I would have appreciated less Happy Hours and more sightseeing!
