Excellent. We enjoyed the tour very much.

Wonderful ship and staff. Excellent ground accommodations in Siam Reap and Hi Chi Min City. Highly recommend the additional time in Halong Bay. The tour provided wonderful insights into Vietnam and Cambodia. The tour guides were very helpful but the quality of the 4 guides were not consistent.

This is basically a travel agent putting together an itinerary for private travel. No group. No guide. The provider did an excellent job with transportation, but I honestly just didn't love any of the locations. It's been my least favorite trip in Asia.

Our trip was just incredible. We had the best time. Highly recommend this tour.

Extraordinary journey

The tour was well organised with a personal attention from the tour director Ha, who was available to help practically any time of the day or night. She modified excursions as per our needs and suggestions. Small groups, knowledgeable guides who were very helpful and friendly, made this tour a memorable one. All in all, it was a great experience.

The boat was beautiful, the staff and director couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. We had the trip of a lifetime learning so much history of Vietnam and Cambodia and meeting the people. The food was delicious. Exceeded our expectations

It was good trip we could have seen more in two weeks, Bangkok temples visits are an excellent opportunity. But Tail boat ride in Bangkok river is useless not worth at all and wasteting time. Phuket boat trip is very good and the guide was very good. Accommodations are very good at all stop over places. Phuket transport preparation was excellent with Mr.Somsak.

Great mix of locations. Khao Sok was amazing. We were sent all information needed. Including pick up times. Arriving first night a welcome message would have been nice at the hotel. All hotels were clean and tidy. Rock and Treehouse was awesome. As a couple we would have preferred to not have been located in Patong and a more central Hotel in Bangkok

A fantastic two-week tour of Vietnam (covering Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Hoi An, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh) and finishing in Siem Reap, Cambodia, involving two internal flights and all manner of day trips and excursions. (The old town of Hoi An, exploring the Cu Chi tunnels, paddling on the Mekong River, and discovering Cambodia were the highlights for me). The whole tour was extremely well planned and slickly executed - pickups were almost invariably on time, transport comfortable and air-conditioned, restaurants and food excellent, and tour guides overwhelmingly knowledgeable and very personable. On the one occasion a bus trip didn't happen as scheduled, the office staff moved into action quickly and a good solution was found. Special mention to Sophia, in the Hoi An office, who without over-communicating kept us fully in the picture as to what to expect and what to prepare each day. I really felt well provided for and the entire experience was great value for money. I can recommend Hoi An Express without hesitation.

What we liked most was that All the Hotels were Centrally Located almost in the City Centres.We took advantage of the location and explored each city’ by ourselves during the free times .Ofcourse there were plenty of Food,Partying,Shopping options available in Downtown areas. The entire tour was very well organised and we never felt any Travel Fatigue as the Tour was not that Fast paced . We spent a leisurely Two Weaks of Vietnam and Cambodia Vacation and enjoyed to the hilt.

This trip was a wonderful experience - in every way: itinerary, hotels, food and especially the organization! Despite the fact that I only booked a week before the start of the trip (in the high season over Christmas/New Year), my organizer Than (Chris) managed to book wonderful hotels for me. He was always available for questions via WhatsApp and responded very quickly and always very caringly. This gave me an insight into the history, culture, landscape and everyday life. The delicious food is also very inspiring. And all accompanied by "my angel" Than. A surprise Christmas party was even organized, which delighted all the tourists present. I can recommend this trip to anyone who is genuinely interested in Vietnam and wants to travel the country in good company. The real treasure of such loving care becomes apparent when you want to ask or clarify something on site and realize that communication in English quickly reaches its limits. I am all the more grateful to Than, who managed everything wonderfully in the background. A big thank you to the tour operator for making this wonderful experience possible for me. ❤️

This tour was amazing. I felt so safe as a so many traveler. I was paired with many groups that were very inviting and the tour guides were so engaging. My organizer Long Pham did an exceptional job of setting it up and checking in with me .

Interesting and well organized tour. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly (especially Dare, our guide in Chiang Mai did a really good job). A highlight were the elephants and pig island. I was a bit annoyed by the unexpected stop at the gem factory after the floating market and the information around the connecting flights, but maybe that is just how things work in Thailand.

Would highly recommend TourRadar! We had an amazing time on our tour. All of the tour guides and drivers were so friendly, helpful, knowledgable and always punctual. We found the whole experience so well organized. The hotel staff were also so polite and welcoming.

We did the Wild Sarawak tour and in overall terms was fantastic and we extended our tour with a stay at Osman's Homestay which I cannot fault. There is a big "However" in that during the Intrepid trip we were required to get out the river boat, climb the bank and then climb back down further along due to low water levels. I fell on to my back on to rocks below and I cannot express how well the local teams reacted and made sure everything was in place when we arrived at the final disembarking point but Intrepid themselves felt it not needed to follow up to see if I was OK post trip and whether recovered. I had to email to say how disappointed I was. All I got was a cursory oh well it happened but we take no responsibility despite the guides saying they had raised the point on safety of this getting in and out of boats at that point. There was mention of a rope being installed to assist but this had not been actioned. This I feel is an admission of responsibility. Shame on you intrepid for your lack of empathy and care post trip. You pays your money and get fobbed off. Just an extra bit, a big shout out to Nizam our guide and Larry the local boat organiser for their total care for both myself and my wife in the time of most need.

This was a fantastic tour. I really enjoyed it. From the tour group to the tour guides they all made the trip so enjoyable. The guides were fab Issy, Noon and Mr Black the photogtapher. Would def recommend it.

I highly recommend this tour for solo travelers like myself.

Tour guide was good but he just spent 5 hours with me. 2nd day, I’m by myself. No wonder there was no one like to join. Expensive tour not worth the money. Cooking class wasn’t that good. I just enjoy by myself.

Great river cruise for a seasoned traveler. Well paced. Lots to see staff is friendly and responsive. Cruise director is a dynamo. Get to see locals living life in Their villages and markets.

While I felt like the crew, tour guides, and boat were all wonderful, there are a few things I do feel fell short. A number of the outings felt redundant, making it somewhat difficult to experience the uniqueness of the locations. Also, I wish we had access to food outside of the designated eating times. While there were cookies and a few similar treats available, I would have appreciated being able to craft my day as I saw fit, rather than operating on a schedule at all times. Since i was on vacation, being able to sleep in a day or two, would have aided my need to rest, rejuvenate, and take things easy. And lastly, which might is the most important, as a young(er) African American solo traveler, I was often reminded of my “differentness”, something I rarely feel in my everyday life. There were numerous remarks from passengers about the boat probably not having “African American music”, or passengers telling a friend I made to be wary of me, being that I was the only black person on the ship, as well as a few more hurtful comments. Though I tried to brush them off, I must say it did color my experience. I don’t know how your team would even go about preventing that, or making it a more diverse experience for future travelers, but I thought it best I be honest. Once more, the accommodations and staff were stellar, and for that, I’m thankful.

I was able to see a lot of Vietnam in a short period of time thanks to Long and his team. The transfers between hotels and guides was phenomenal; not one tourist was lost! I liked having more freedom to explore on my own in the evenings after the day trips.

Tour is basically a solo travel tour with the company getting you from A to B and then if part of your you join other external tours This suited us but possibly not others Overall planning and accomodation good and timely, with one exception being ka passion classic in Hanoi Contacted tour operator who moved us and then visited us personally to apologise Good service
