Our tour in Vietnam was an unforgettable experience! We explored breathtaking places, from bustling cities to serene landscapes, each offering a unique glimpse into the country’s rich culture and history. The highlight was definitely the food – every meal was a burst of incredible flavors, from street food to traditional dishes. The only extra activity we added was a coffee class, which was amazing! We learned so much about Vietnam’s coffee culture and had a blast. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vietnam, and don’t miss out on the coffee class—it’s an experience you won’t forget!
- by Denis PlacereaniOverall, it was a good tour. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the historical and unique sights of the different cities. The tour guide, Linda was very informative. The hotels were very nice, we upgraded to 4 star hotels.

Excellent. We enjoyed the tour very much.
- by Shelley BrownWonderful ship and staff. Excellent ground accommodations in Siam Reap and Hi Chi Min City. Highly recommend the additional time in Halong Bay. The tour provided wonderful insights into Vietnam and Cambodia. The tour guides were very helpful but the quality of the 4 guides were not consistent.

Very active adventure. It was good to start with Vietnam, Cambodia and end in Phuket. In Phuket there was a bit of downtime. We added the Elephant Sanctuary and Phi Phi Island. Also staying a extra night in Phuket was lovely before our long flight back to the USA. The excursions were on time, guides were excellent and I enjoyed the entire itinerary.

- by Isabelle RagonediThe boat was beautiful, the staff and director couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. We had the trip of a lifetime learning so much history of Vietnam and Cambodia and meeting the people. The food was delicious. Exceeded our expectations

Small group? I was it. Guided? Daily emails from Vio telling you when you will be picked up the next day. Itinerary? Almost daily transfers by Cebu Pacific Air or ferry. Nothing to see here, folks. The hotels were adequate although the "resorts" were overrun with screaming brats, and the one-night-stands were miles from the airport for no apparent reason. Transfers were all handled by Southwest Tours. Better to avoid the middle man (and markups).
- by Jerry GanttWe just got back from a Philippine tour with Tour Radar, managed locally by Vio Travel. I was impressed with how smoothly everything went, considering there were 6 travellers, 5 different hotels, 3 domestic flights, a ferry, one semi-guided day tour, and all the van transfers in between. It was all well coordinated. The van transfers were there when needed. Ms. Honey and Ms. Jessa had great communication throughout the trip, and very responsive to urgent matters (regarding the # of rooms we were supposed to have at a couple of

The trip was well organized from start to finish with just very minor gly, but Ha was there to assure us and fix it right away. Ha was like a friend that you know for many years and texting for advice, she is like that. I would have given this tour 5 star, but my reason is few things in mind, I would be appreciative if I known what to expect for the daily tour a bit details, like how high to climb or how low or narrow you go through the tunnel, so you can prepare for the proper attire. Another come to mind is hotels, I would have appreciate if the 4 star hotel was chosen for what they provide two of the hotels
- by Freye AThe tour group kept me guessing almost every day where I would be staying. It felt disorganized and there were many last minute changes. They even missed 1 destination that was in the official itinerary. Although they were quick to keep in touch and provide info via WhatsApp as often as I needed. The hotels were quite decent. The guides were excellent in showing their areas and keeping a pace & daily distance that was comfortable for me. Overall, it was a good experience because both countries are so interesting and people were so friendly. I got a chance to really see how folks live beyond the tourist traps & big cities.

Unfortunately we became aware just days before our arrival, that our travel itinerary was substantially different to the advertised itinerary at the time of booking. We immediately notified the tour operator, however as they were in a different time zone, it often took 12-24 hours to get a response, and their whatsapp number provide was not a valid whatsapp number. We specifically booked this tour to stay in a floating bungalow on the lake, however this was not booked by the operator for us or part of our itinerary. Whislt the operator was apologetic, no explanation was provided. To the operator's credit, they have acknowledged their error, and offered a part refund, however the opportunity to stay on the lake has not passed. The regional itself is picturesque, and the accommodation at the community lodge was lovely. I would definately recommend visiting the region and staying at the community lodge, however look for a different operator.
- by Justin BrookTour guides and drivers were friendly and knowledgeable. The itinerary outlined a great list of adventures, which is why we booked it however on Cebu city tour our guide only took us to 2 of the places listed on the itinerary and we had to pay entrance fees to the garden. Also the hostels do not provide early breakfast which was also supposed to be included for the travel ferry days. The team did make it easy for tour date modifications, however communication was lacking when we were not aware of needing to rebook our ferry ride with a fee, additional port fees, and needing to pay cash for hotel deposit during check-in. A guide on how to navigate at the port would have been helpful.

- by Lindsay LakeFantastic Tour. Such a busy tour which was great! Saw a lot of Bali and a lot of the "non tourist" Bali too! Hendri was a fantastic guide, very friendly, very informative and had the most infectious personality! Always happy! Thanks for a fantastic week in Bali!

Brilliant tour packed with all Singapore has to offer. The guide was helpful knowledgeable and flexible with my free time too. Would recommend!
- by Dominic WilsonI have never really felt compelled to write a review, but was this even a tour? I arrived to a hostel and was by myself. Aside from the amazing personal tour experience on bike and then foot with Wadi, this was not at all what I have ever experienced. You can do it all alone and book a bike tour yourself. Unsure what I paid for as the hostel was dirt cheap to book and I was alone. I actually feel like for what I paid I should be getting somewhat of a refund.

We had a great time on this trip....most of the included options are in Bangkok so it did feel a bit overwhelming while getting used to the time change. Hotels were located in great areas...the Singapore hotel is ridiculously small for two adults to share but we were able to upgrade to a larger room on our own. The tour guides in each country were prompt, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. On the downside the staff at Wandering left alot to desired...delays in providing our travel documentation, providing conflicting information; our internal flight from Bangkok to Singapore was stressful as we were charged exorbitant excess weight charges because our luggage weight was not properly handled by the tour operator. Note we prepaid for the bags for a certain weight which wasn't the case. Lots of going back and forth with folks who do this for a living as we tried to ensure we eould and should l ow better. I would recommend the tour but Rose and crew do need pay closer attention to the details.
- by Donna Joseph-MunroeRose was very thorough and guided us from beginning to end. She made sure we were prepared for all transportation and tours. The tours were, for the most part, excellent and a great experience. Sufficient time was allotted to do our own things.

We went on a 25 days Vietnam and Cambodia Tour from 25th March to 18th April 2019. Overall the tour is good but we do have some complains to make. First the two nights trip to Sa Pa, we were not met by a tour director just the tour guide. On the first day we were to leave for Sa Pa at 8am, this guide turned up an hour late giving the excuse his bike broke down on the way giving no apologies. Secondly the bus that took us on a 5 hour journey to Sa Pa is ill equipped with many seats without safety belts. The ride to Sa Pa was bad especially for those sitting at the back. We arrived at Sa Pa at 2.30pm, instead of sending us straight to the restaurant for late lunch, the guide took us to the hotel, checkin and then use the hotel motor cart to send us to the restaurant and by the time food arrived it was 3pm. The next day the coach got us all in the coach at the hotel and then stopped at a petrol station to fill us. Can the driver fill up before picking us at the hotel? Thirdly at the third restaurant which suposedly specialised in BBQ, we were served half cooked chicken and pork, sent back to recook and still came out not fully cooked. After the third we were interested to eat. Another thing this restaurant didn't even served water. We have to pay for all drinks including water. At Hanoi on arrival we have half day and the next whole day before meeting the tour director were all on free time. First time I ever experienced one and a half day free in the midst of touring. APT should at least organise some activity. Next at Hoi An, the dinner at Home Restaurant was average and quantity served were for 4 persons but it wasn't enough even for two small eaters. The restaurant chosen has a very steep staircase to the upstairs and most of APT travellers are mostly elderly. We have a meal on our own next day at Morning Glory and the food we ordered were excellent and more than sufficient and the cost just A$10 per head. In comparison the meal at Home Restaurant must have cost APT just A$2, Other than these complains the trip was enjoyable and accommodation were excellent. Food on the RV Amalotus were fabulous. The local tour guides were very knowledgeable and professional.

Great river cruise for a seasoned traveler. Well paced. Lots to see staff is friendly and responsive. Cruise director is a dynamo. Get to see locals living life in Their villages and markets.
- by Jeff KleinWhile I felt like the crew, tour guides, and boat were all wonderful, there are a few things I do feel fell short. A number of the outings felt redundant, making it somewhat difficult to experience the uniqueness of the locations. Also, I wish we had access to food outside of the designated eating times. While there were cookies and a few similar treats available, I would have appreciated being able to craft my day as I saw fit, rather than operating on a schedule at all times. Since i was on vacation, being able to sleep in a day or two, would have aided my need to rest, rejuvenate, and take things easy. And lastly, which might is the most important, as a young(er) African American solo traveler, I was often reminded of my “differentness”, something I rarely feel in my everyday life. There were numerous remarks from passengers about the boat probably not having “African American music”, or passengers telling a friend I made to be wary of me, being that I was the only black person on the ship, as well as a few more hurtful comments. Though I tried to brush them off, I must say it did color my experience. I don’t know how your team would even go about preventing that, or making it a more diverse experience for future travelers, but I thought it best I be honest. Once more, the accommodations and staff were stellar, and for that, I’m thankful.
