My first time in South America traveling alone, I was lost between all the different options for the tours online. I came on UnuRaymi’s website by accident and wrote to them on WhatsApp. They were incredibly responsive and took the time to structure the perfect tour for me. Starting at Lima, all the way to Cusco, the rainbow mountain, the amazon jungle and Machu Picchu, I felt very well taken care of and I would recommend them to anyone trying to travel to Peru !
- by Amir ShahidiI had a great time on the W trek. From the outset James was incredibly patient, responsive and helpful with my queries by both email and whatsapp. I had a briefing from our wonderful guide, Christobal, in Puerto natales the day before departure to answer any last queries and make sure we had all the right equipment for a successful trip. Everything was very well organised from start to finish. Christobal was excellent, very patient and helpful and told us lots of extra information about the nature, scenery and geography of the park. He was very enthusiastic and made sure we made the most of our trip and got to see all the highlights and scenery of the park. The food provided was also very good and surpassed my expectations. We were very lucky and had great weather in September and were able to enjoy all the park had to offer without the crowds too. We also had a lovely porter who always ensured our tents were set up and waiting for us. It was much more comfortable having our tents and foods carried for us which reduced considerable the weight we had to carry. I had a fantastic trip and wouldn't hesitate to travel with this company again.

Epic adventure, everything was perfectly organized
- by Rosemary Reedwe used OneSeed for the W loop at Torres del Paine - excellent guides, accomodations and logistics and the park was fantastic! They also setup peripheral trips such as a penguin tour and a winery tour. Can't say enough about the quality of the guides and how much fun it was to spend time with the guides.

I recently completed a South America G Adventures tour, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, everything was well-organized, and our guides were exceptional. A special thank you to Eduardo, Fio, Facuu, and Augustina. Their knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion for the region made every day an adventure. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a rich and immersive experience, from the breathtaking landscapes to the vibrant cultures we explored. I can't wait to go back in 2026 for another amazing journey! I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to discover the beauty of South America with an incredible team guiding you!
- by Brandon WoodBooked 17 people on a maximum 16 tour . When questioned said it was it a combined tour and only the first half was 16 people . Tour itinerary was good but you were constantly forking out to pay for optional tours as there were very few inclusions . Some accommodation was good and other terrible .

Horrible Experience - Not Worth the Money Our South American Capitals Tour with TourRadar was a joke. Constant miscommunications and lack of coordination between Riwal and Alfonso led to daily frustrations. Tour guides had very poor English even though this entire experience was advertised as a “tour operated in English.” The shared itinerary was not followed, including an announced hotel change which only added to our confusion and stress. The language barriers throughout the trip made us question how much we even learned about these destinations. We paid a premium for a headache-filled experience that we could have easily arranged ourselves for less. Avoid TourRadar/Ecuador Galapagos Travels if you value your safety and peace of mind.

Signature Tours was very quick to respond to my inquiries, and thorough with the tour info and travel instructions. The accommodation that they booked was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The local operator with whom Signature worked was professional and knowledgeable. The itinerary covers the major sites and a few smaller yet interesting locations too. Unlike the classic 4-day tour, this 5-day tour gave me a free day to arrange my own activities, making it a more personal trip. All in all a great experience for the price.
- by F LinWe asked TourRadar to organise our trip in Rapa Nui and we were really happy with the quality of their customer care and the hotel they booked for us. The activities were also amazing and communication was excellent even during our stay on the island, our kid was sick on one occasion and they managed to change the date of a tour for us. They even arranged a couple of birthday surprises for our twins!!! Marilda, Tahis and Denise were all amazing!!! Tahis in particular was really helpful during our stay in Rapa Nui. We will definitely book our next special holiday with TourRadar!!!

There were so many problems with this tour that it's difficult to list them all. First, this was not really a tour at all. Rather, Aborigen is a useless middle-man that provides no value. They simply book vouchers for you, and then you're on your own, unsupported. There is no tour group. My wife and I never heard from Aborigen unless we asked. For instance, there was no information provided regarding rental equipment needed, what to do with bags, weather, the necessity for guides, etc. We did not receive any details until days before the trip, after pressing for information ourselves. Second, Aborigen changed the itinerary just days before the trip started. Aborigen replaced around $1,500 (each!) worth of activities with "free days" which we could then fill (and pay for!) ourselves. Third, not only are Aborigen a useless middle-man, but they actually act against their clients' interests. For instance, we realized one day that we didn't need a $500 (yes, $500!) guide for a simple 1-day hike, so we asked Aborigen to obtain a refund from the local provider in accordance with the refund policy. Aborigen refused to answer our calls, refused flatly to refund us, told us we were out of time (we weren't), to us to "just be happy" with the services we had (we weren't), told us they had booked the hike 6 months ago (it was only 3 days prior) and ended up calling me "childish" and "unacceptable" when I refused to accept their position. It was only after I spoke to the local provider (which had no problem issuing a refund) that Aborigen agreed to my reasonable request. It bears mentioning that none of the local companies had heard of Aborigen, so that gives you an idea of their lack of status in Patagonia. Aborigen is based in Buenos Aires and is a thousand miles away. Let me be clear - we have done tours around the world, and we are easy and experienced travelers. We rarely leave negative reviews. But trust me, do not do this "tour". You will be left alone and unsupported; they will fail to price the activities properly: you will be forced to pay for your own excursions because Aborigen can't price them properly: and Aborigen will not help when you need it. They are worse than a middle-man: they will actually hinder you and get in your way. Trust us on this one. Patagonia is expensive and difficult enough as it is, so please don't associate with a company like this. The only reason we were able to salvage the "tour" is through our own determination and because of the competence of the local providers, which were mostly excellent. You're better off booking an actual tour, or booking all the items yourself at a fraction of the cost.
- by Amy JohnsonThe tours were really interesting and our tour guide Niko was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He made the stories come to life.

Well supported before and through the holiday trip, clear details of emergency contacts if we should have required assistance. Local tour agencies, were on time and in place everyday, adding background information which was informative and making arrangements to ensure we had a good lunch experience. A very smooth and action packed experience and would fully recommend Say Hueque for a secure and enjoyable experience.
- by Margaret WilkinsonI had to cancel this trip due to illness in South Africa where I live, and am awaiting a refund. Your service to date has been excellent

Patagonia tour, Atacama Desert, Buenos Aires and Santiago. Wonderful trip! Eve had every detail perfectly set up so that all ran smoothly. Recommend We People for sure.
- by Barb Randy ImesonI travelled with the company in November 2019 and the experience was incredible. I joined one of their group tours and it was amazing. The group departure was in Spanish, English and German which was great for me because in this departure were a lot of German people and a main guide who spoke German perfectly well. In the group were 13 passengers which was the perfect amount of people to share a hiking trip and the group was what made this trip unique. I am also in touch with Andrea and Matt, who became very close friends of mine. All services were absolutely great, the camp, the hotels, the transportation. I can only recommend that we should all do a group trip for once in our lives.
