    • Everything was organized and well communication. Our tour guides and drivers are good, friendly and knowledgeable. The pace of the excursion was excellent, we don’t feel rushed. Hotel was a big small but their staffs are nice and helpful. It closed to city center, takes us about 15min walk. I would definitely recommend

    • Please keep in mind this is just MY experience on the tour, and I'm sure everyone's is different and unique. I was very thankful that We the People was open to feedback after the tour and that they will continue to improve future trips. Thanks! 1. Communication: The communication with Eve from We the People was great. She was very quick at responding to my requests before the tour started, and even offered for the trip to start for me in Chalten instead of Calafate since I was the only one on the itinerary and she knew I would coming from Chalten. The frustrating part is that I was not notified until a couple weeks before the trip that I was the ONLY one on my itinerary. 2. Activities: Though it was a 7 day tour, there were only 3 half-day activities organized through the tour. The tours themselves were good and the guides were good. Perito Moreno Glacier- this was a little disappointing for two reasons. EVERY other person on my bus (about 40 people) had the boat ride included in their fare, but I was the only one who would have to pay extra if I wanted it. For the price paid for the tour, I would think the boat ride should be included. Also, I was told when I booked the tour that I could add mini-trekking as an optional activity for this day. When I asked the tour operator the night before, I was told that I was not able to add the activity. We the People explained to me (in a What's App message) that they are still new at organizing these tours and probably had given me inaccurate information. This was frustrating because I did not have additional days allotted where I could have booked this activity on my own, so I did not get to do it. I do hope this gets improved for future trips. Lago del Desierto- while this tour was "guided," we were left alone to complete the hike to the glacier. I completed this hike alone and the conditions at the top were VERY windy. Would definitely be better if there were other people in my We the People group. One of the main attractions of Patagonia/EL Chalten is the Fitz Roy trek, and I didn't really feel like the itinerary allowed time for this. You need an entire day for this trek and need to start early in the morning, and the tour just isn't designed that way. 3. Lodging: The hostels booked were as good as I could expected. No complaints with the lodging. I booked the "cheaper" option for this trip so I knew I would be in shared accommodations. 4: Guide: As a solo traveler, I feel much more comfortable with an assigned tour guide (and usually other travelers as well). There is no "dedicated guide" for the duration of the trip. For my experience, I only got guides on the day trips and it was the guide that I would have gotten had I booked those activities independently. When I asked We the People about this, they said they only provide a group tour guide if there are more then 4 people on the trip, but that the tour guide only organizes activities and does not offer advice or guidance. This is clearly listed on their tour page, but I didn't know I was the only one on the tour until a few weeks before so it was a little tougher on my own. 5: Transportation: Transportation was good and I have no complaints here. 6: Overall Experience: I felt like it was more of a "partially guided" tour and felt the price was a bit much for what was included. I always justify the cost of a fully guided group tour by knowing that part of my cost is going to pay a tour guide and I will get that one-on-one attention. The experience might be different with more people on the itinerary.

    • The two cities are beautiful, Calafate is already a city, developed where it has all the comforts that one looks for, from hospitals, casinos, restaurants to 5-star hotels. Already the Chalten is more a town, but beautiful, they have an incredible view of their mountains. A tour that everyone has to do, because it is something wonderful.

    • The personnel at Say Hueque were were very helpful and I am grateful to them. My first stop at El Calafate was ruined by how inadequate transportation was from the airport at el Chalten. The suspension of the van was so bad that I got sick with vertigo, even though the driver let me ride up front after 5 minutes in the van, which I could not stand because I became so dizzy. I wish there had been more information in the itinerary package about the trails in El Calafate, though. I had to struggle with the very basic map in the hotel to find a couple of them. Transportation to and from Puerto Natales was easy, with comfortable and clean buses. The excusrion to Prito Moreno galcier was a highlight of the whole trip. Good van and excellent, professional guide. All the hotels were acceptable, with lovely and helpful personnel. The only unacceptable part, much to my disappointment, was the excursion to Torres del Paine. The guide was atrocious but thought of himself as funny and personable. The tour itself was boring. Later I found out that we could have been driven to the Salto Grande falls very easily, and there are a few trails that start at the facilities there. The only walking that we were allowed to do was a 10 minute path to the mud flats of one of the lakes! And the trip to the caves was a waste of time and money.

    • Engaged Say Hueque as they were supposedly an expert with planning travel itineraries in Argentina. Unfortunately, my recent experience was below sub-par. 1) the sales agent who attended to me went on leave without giving me a heads-up, leaving me with a slight panic attack as no details on my travel itinerary was shared despite travel date running close 2) Say Hueque merely acts as a front shop and do not actually operate any tours. Instead requests are outsourced to different local tour operators depending on region. In my case, issues started going wrong with an airport pickup in Iguazu (driver was late). In Salta, the local tour operator forgot about my itinerary and i was left scrambling to reach out for help (despite not speaking a word of Spanish) on alternatives available. Eventually when a replacement guide/driver was assigned, i still wasn't able to cover all the places planned on the original itinerary. Tried seeking a refund however Say Hueque isn't responding 3) do ASK upfront on the type of service (i.e. shared, private, semi-private) you are being quoted for. In my case, i did not know there was an option of changing and nearly ended up paying a premium for private airport transfers...a hefty markup. Would recommend arranging airport pick-ups on your own. 4) just when i thought the worse was over, i experienced yet another unpleasant surprise towards the tail end of my itinerary when i was over-charged for paying an entrance fee into the Ushuaia national park when local authorities had fees scrapped a month ago. A supposedly lunch-included tour turned out to be a no-lunch option. The level of integrity and professionalism of Say Hueque remains questionable as the issues i encountered could have been avoided if their sales agent bothered following up with proper communication on all outsourced tour requests. Approach Say Hueque at your own risk, for the amount of money they charge there are better alternatives out there.

    • We arrived at Calafate airport to wait an extra one hour for our transfer , we were not told what transfer to look out for , nor what company will be providing our transfer . We notified someone via the tour radar website and she told us the transfer had been waiting for us , however there was no one at the airport to pick us up . The trip to the glacier was great and the accommodation was ok. The return transfer back to the airport , we were never told what time we would be picked up so had to make contact again , to be told 9:30am and the transfer then did not arrive until 10:10 am. The communication throughout was not good at all.

    • The G adventure tour is excellent. The trip was great because of excellent program and great CEO from G adventure. Starting from Buenos Arias, everything is planned and taking care of. We had excellent weather, a great group of adventure minded people. Val (our CEO from G adventure) communicated everything ahead of time and making sure everyone's needs were met. The sighs and hiking were great. Val reserved dinner for the group almost everyday so we could have fun after a hard day of hiking. All in all, a trip to remember.

    • The trip was very well organised. I was kind of late with booking two weeks before the departure, but the operators were really quick to respond and did a really good job. I really appreciate that. The tours itself were great! The guides were perfectly informed and super friendly. Especially the last tour with Dani was unique! As we were alone, we decided to adapt the tours a little bit to see more places. It was a bit longer than planned, but totally worth it! Dani teached me a lot about the area of El Chaltén. I wished I had more time to stay with her and do more tours. You could really sense that she loves the place a lot. I really enjoyed our time and I can highly recommend to visit both places, Calafate and El Chaltén. However, for the latter one, I would suggest to stay a bit longer than three days.

    • The pre-departure process was very unclear and I had no idea what to expect once I got there. But the trip ended up being great. I was the only one on the tour so I had to pay an extra fee but it wasn't the end of the world given that the whole thing was basically a private tour. Accommodations were really nice and you had plenty of free time to explore places on your own.
