Central Mexico Tour Companies

Thoroughly enjoyed the cities and tours associated with our excursion. The tour guide was very professional and accommodating. The accommodations were good for the most part with only two exceptions. The transportation to the many sites included was adequate except for one or two transfers. Not all the options or tours in the itinerary were available. The guide was exceptional in providing alternatives.

I absolutely loved exploring this part of Mexico and learning about the culture , history and food - it was a great adventure that ended way too soon!

Our tour leader Esteban is a good guy to provide useful information to us. It would be better if we have our own shuttle for day tour instead of local bus so more places can be visited for those who have limited time to stay in CDMX.

Too many activities crammed into Day 1 of the tour. Extra days could have been added for a more enjoyable experience. Adrianna, our guide, was the best!

If you don’t speak Spanish don’t ever com to the hotel as the agency did not support us wiht early chek in inspite of informing your radar about my flight timing Other than 1600 USD your radar dat took for solo travel hotel took me 152 usd on the pretext they don’t have room available at 630 am Had taken 4 star category but the hotel Is meant for Spanish people and not recommended The trios were good but not the hotel galleria plazas Reform hotel for reservations It’ was impossible to wait after 30’hoir travel from India

The tour was well-organized despite some disruptions caused by the Christmas holiday. The tour covered most of the exciting highlights of Mexico City. The Mariachi experience was especially memorable. Although the tour guides changed everyday - depending on the specific tour for the day — the tour guide that spent the most time with me was Gaby & Felipe. Gaby was very comprehensive in her description of the various sites we visited and provided a lot of other information. Day-to-day coordination was conducted via WhatsApp and i was informed efficiently the next day events by Luis Ganem who answered any questions I had quickly. An excellent tour to see as much of Mexico City within a short time.

We had a fantastic México Colonial Cities tour! We saw beautiful cities and learned so much about Mexico. Javier was our online tour operator/guide. He was always friendly and professional, and would text us our itinerary for the next day including our tour info, hotel, and our driver’s info. The hotels and tours were just what we would have chosen for ourselves. However, if you want a tour guide with you and you want to travel with a group of people throughout the tour, then this isn’t the tour for you. For my husband and I, it was perfect. Everything was arranged for us, yet it was just the two of us, and we had the flexibility to explore on our own restaurants and the cities during our free time. Javier was always available online if we had questions. For 4 of our walking tours, it was just the 2 of us and our guides - all the guides were great! We highly recommend this tour and will be traveling with Tour Radar again.

Landed in Mexico to have received another updated and newly created schedule. This one now contained NO Day of the Dead activity, not 1. (The tour we booked was Day of the Dead experience). I cannot express my disappointed on this. We traveled at this time of year for this event, booking this trip and it was ALL removed from the tour. Originally told it was all removed as F1 was on and things were now stripped back for our tour. An endless supply of excuses were given to the group when questioning where the Day of the Dead experience was within the schedule. Like I have said I cannot express enough the sadness of the group of now not getting to experience Day of the Dead. Further changes occured throughout the trip at the discretion of the different 3rd party tour guides enlisted to run the tour that day. Each night someone in the group would have to text the tour operator to find out the time and place to meet the next tour guide. Which again was an annoyance we did not expect when signing up for a fully provided tour. Poorly provided hotels for the stays and often with incorrect sleeping arrangements or occupant names listed. Which made it difficult to obtain bookings at times and numerous difficult conversations with hotel reception staff was had. Meals arrangements were also changed. Originally dinner listings for the tour were sold to us, later this became lunch listings, that later also disappeared completely. After much complaining this all became a dinner at one of the run down hotels we were staying in. However, we were then abused by the reception staff as the card left to cover the meal was declined and we were told we now had to cover this cost. (We did not pay, assume it was resolved) After 7/8 days of complaining about tour guides, missing tour guides, hotels, meals, schedule changes an effort was made it seems to help us forget about the disastrous trip and upgraded on our last 2 nights stay in Mexico city to a much nicer hotel and a packed final day of activities. All a little to late for most involved The group all signed up with the idea it was a private tour with our own bus/travel vehicles as outlined in tour details. This was not always the case as we found ourselves on a tour bus with 20 other people revisiting sites from the pervious day on one occasion. Mexico it self is a lovely city and country and perhaps if I had traveled at another time of the year I might be slightly less disappointed with my experience as it's well worth a visit. However, if you are after a well organised, smooth running trip with Day of the Dead do not choose this one.

The tour was such a fun and exciting way to see Mexico! I really loved the split between the cultural half of the trip and the more beachy part, it felt like I really got to see a lot of different parts of Mexico, I just wish I could’ve stayed longer in every place! Ceci was an amazing tour guide - so fun and helpful and really brought a great energy to the trip. And the local guide JP was so knowledgeable and willing to help and answer any questions. Overall a really really great trip and an amazing way to experience Mexico!!

Honestly had the best time on this tour, all the places we visited were really beautiful and the plan was well thought out! It would have been nice to have spent a bit more time in certain places but we packed a lot in! Ceci was our tour guide and she was brilliant, knowledgable and just amazing at what she does. Ceci helped the group gel together and made sure everyone was included and comfortable the whole time. The trip was amazing and the people made it even better!!! Can’t thank intro and Ceci enough. I’ll remember the trip forever and use my newly learned Mexican phrases while I continue my journey 🧡 Que padre!!!

Some interesting things to see but it is a little too much effort for it

Perfect itinerary. Our guide, Karla was bubbling with enthusiasm. Hotels were great.

The Premium Mexico City to Oaxaca was the perfect way to experience the incredible colour, history and culture of Mexico, under the guidance of a passionate, knowledgeable and expert guide. Highly recommended!

On the second day, nobody was coming as promised. We tried to call the local agent two times, they refused to come. We have to do it alone. Due to the language barrier, it was a chaos. In the late evening with the help of the police we got a taxi back to hotel. On the following two days we were sent back to hotel before 3pm. As tourist we expect a whole day journey at least until 6 pm. We also write to BM tour, no answer. It's a waste of your time.

If you've never been to Mexico City, this is the tour to take. You get to see a lot in a short period of time. Great information and use of time.

We had such a pleasant time in Mexico. It was a short trip but we still did learn a lot about Aztecs culture and we were able to see the old part of Mexico City.

Reason of saying poor: 1)There was no proper written or verbal communication & co.ordination prior to visits about tour planning except itinerary & vouchers. 2)On all the evenings we had to ask them about pickup & next day plan , there was no sincere efforts by Mexico finder or SAT MAX DMC . 3) While we were traveling from Peru & landed @ 5:20am on 21/09 in Mexico City. After Immigration, luggage collection when we searched in pickup hall , there was no representative from local co.ordinator for our Hotel drop. Then we called up both @ 6:54am Mexico finder & then @7:11am Sat max but none of them replied or found recorded voice in Spanish language. Of course it wasn't possible to understand being English speaking. Finally we had to hire a personal cab to our hotel. Although Sat Max paid for taxi charges after number of persuasion but they don't have courtesy to feel sorry for the inconvenience faced by us due to them. Still we haven't rated them "BAD" due to their only one staff Mr Jhoan Ramirez, who could reply & guide us atleast on our messaging...that was the only help. Also, guides were ok. Hotel casa Blanca: Good & staff was co.operative. Thank you

Overall, it was a good trip. Our guide, Luis, was very knowledgeable and accommodating.

It was a great experience throughout Mexico very nice, we had a great time, I was very lucky with the group and with the tour leader Jaime! I will definitely repeat.
