    • From booking the trip to returning home, my experience was very positive. The excursions and accommodations were top tier—I even said that the hotel was the best I’ve ever stayed in. At times throughout the stay, I had questions and the agents of TourRadar answered in a timely manner. The detailed itinerary, including directions for navigating the airport, were quite helpful. I would absolutely book through TourRadar again next time.

    • The tour was great, and the guide was friendly and courteous. Overall, I enjoyed it very much. One point is that it would be nice to have English speaking guide so that it does not give the impression of missing some information while two-third of what the guide was explaining in Spanish was not missing anything in English part.

    • Tour company (Hi Argentina) books all the accomodations, bus tickets, and ferry ticket for you. The W-Trek is popular and well marked, so it's perfectly fine (and probably even better) to do without a tour guide. Some of the information in the itinerary they provide needs to be updated. On the last day of the itinerary, it said conflicting things about where the meeting points were for the ferry and the bus back to Puerto Natales. You have to carry ALL of your stuff with you on days 3-4 of the itinerary, so keep a room in Puerto Natales with our stuff and only bring the essentials for this trip. Also most places accept card, but bring cash (Chilean pesos) for backup. There are NO ATMs in Los Torres

    • Amazing 4 days! Food and hospitality at the Refugio’s was incredible. Routes clearly marked. All in all great experience. Be sure to check all your documents before going as we had some mistakes in ours but it was an easy fix ahead of time.

    • If you are over forty forget G adventures. You’ll be treated with disrespect, risk getting booted from the trek with NO financial compensation if you happen to be part of a group of 20 year olds- something over which you have no control. This is because there is a minimum pace you have to maintain (this info is not in the descriptions). That pace is set by the group composition. That means that although you are fully capable of completing the hikes in reasonable time but not at the pace of a 20-something, you still risk getting booted from the trip. The guides are arrogant and insensitive. And. As an aside, the food is quite awful. And I repeat-if you are asked to leave at their discretion - they refuse to refund your very considerable fees. Avoid G Adventures!!!

    • The tour itself is really good, but just short and shorter than advertised - 3.5 days instead of 6. To advertise the first day as the beginning of the tour I find questionable, because we had original only ekne half hour introductory talk, nothing else. For this it is then dkch quite expensive. It would be good if that is more adequately clear in the description, transparency would be helpful here. Because the tour itself is always worth it.

    • Hi Tina,We are well thank you and trust you are too.We certainly enjoyed our trip to Argentina and Chile, and would not hesitate to recommend Say Hueque. We choose Say Hueque due to its prompt feedback and attention to detail. Our favorite hotels were Gray Lago and Altos Ushuaia. Our favorite excursion was Tierra Del Fuego & Torres Del Paine. Scenery and expert guides. If I need to mention the best guides were Matheus @ Huellas der Sur & Joachim @ Canal fun.I had only two comments I would like to say: Mirador Del Lago Hotel rooms and linen were looking old. Altos Ushuaia Hotel was substandard for our level of travel. All the rest was great!

    • We had an amazing time in Argentina/Chile and many thanks to Say Hueque for arranging most our transfers and some of our hotels. Our couple friends used Say Hueque for their Argentinian travels and recommended it to us, this made us to choose to work with you. We also do not know much about Argentina and we are not to familiar with Patagonia (which is the main purpose of our trip) and needed some help in transfers and excursions. The highlight of our trip was definitely Patagonia and Iguazu falls. Patagonia, in particular, Torres del Paine is just absolutely spectacular. The hotels we stayed in all had a different vibe and character to it, which we liked. The transfers between towns, airports and excursions went all smoothly. Our favorite hotel is Torres del Paine, Las Torres. It´s a little fancier than the others but homely and cosy at the same time. Its location, right in the park was just so stunning, having to wake up in the mornings to the sight of the park was just wonderful. The hosteria we stayed in El Chalten was also lovely, small but homely and cosy. We chatted and met quite a few people, I guess thats the beauty of staying in a quaint hosteria! Also loved the mountain refugee in the woods we accidentally stayed in ( this was suppose to be the Eco Domes but nevertheless we had an amazing time), it was so tranquil and quiet. Great to get away from connectivity some times. The iguazu excursion was superb, great tour guide very informative. Both excursions at the Perito Moreno glaciers, one which was included in the package and the other mini trek up the glaciers, were wonderful. But I must say the excursion from El Calafate to Torres del Paine is the winner! Absolutely wonderful tour guide, very attentive and always making sure we are fine especially at the border controls. Humorous and love listening to his exceptional knowledge in the geology of the park. So all guides were wonderful but the Torres del Paine one is the winner. We were so glad that we took the bus to Mendoza as the bus ride was absolutely terrifyingly gorgeous, cutting through the Andes mountains. We didn’t expect it to be a highlight but we are so glad we did it. It was such a beautiful ride and we got amazing seats right up front! We noticed that we could have gotten in earlier connecting flights so maybe next time, if you can give options of flights on the day of flying and we can make our choice based on our schedule say if we rather pay a little extra but will leave a little earlier. Its similar to the options you gave us for hotels, you can also give us for flights. And to ask where we will also need baggage allowance for the flights. But in all, we had a unforgettable time and left with wonderful memories. Thank you to all three of you!

    • Amazing trip! Eve was on every detail of the trip and she even helped us to book the domestic flights needed for the trip. In my opinion El Calafate is a destination that everyone should visit in Argentina and the visit to Perito Moreno Glacier, the guide Paula was very knowledge and extremely experience and the full day to Torres del Paine is a great option if you don't have many days to stay inside the national park. The hotels selected by People Travel were incredible, specially Altiplanic Hotel at Puerto Natales, unspechless.

    • Altought we would have preferred to travel in the summer season due to the weather, everything was amazing. El Calafate has plenty of options to do and Perito Moreno Glacier was absolutely incredible and Torres del Paine in Chile really worth the visit! Both were very nice destinations. Mercedes was so kind and took care of flight changes in our arrival. Thank you!

    • Overall, the organization provided me with a wonderful W circuit experience! Overall good responsiveness prior to the trek. The guides were wonderful, especially Edgar (Lalo), as he cooked wonderful meals and explained things about the park’s history, as well as the flora and fauna. Despite booking Refugios, I ended up having to stay in tents each night but the provided sleeping bags and tents were great quality. I have many amazing memories to look back to for years to come :)

    • First, I want to separate the actual trek experience from the experience with the tour operator. The trek itself was great, and both our guide Camilo and our cook/porter Lalo were highly experienced and very friendly, took good care of us, and also shared a lot of local knowledge and their life experiences with us. Lalo's cooking was also something to look forward to at the start and end of each day. That said, there were many points along the trek where the tour operator failed to live up to expectations. These were a few: 1) We ended up not doing a portion of the W trek (between Central and Frances) due to supposed "non-availability" of accommodation at Frances/Cuernos. The tour operator claimed that it was high season and they were unable to secure reservations at those sites. 2) Despite planning (and paying) for Premium Camping for 3 nights and a refugio for 1 night, we ended up with regular camping for 1 night and at a refugio for 3; again, probably a function of the operator not being able to secure accommodation. Granted, the refugios were more comfortable, but we were looking forward to experiencing the elevated camping arrangements. 3) This also meant that we ended up paying for an additional ferry journey due to the itinerary changes, to take us from Pudeto to Paine Grande. 4) None of this was communicated to us prior to the trip, and we only found out a week before, when the guide informed us of this directly. If, as the operator claimed, that the bookings were not able to be secured (esp with the window opening in Aug/Sep), it should have been made known earlier. When we enquired, the operator made it seem as if we were unreasonable and inflexible for expecting the itinerary that was agreed on, and suggested that this would only happen "in a perfect world". 5) Similarly, we asked the operator to arrange for a day trip to an estancia on our final day. This was replaced, again due to "non-availability", by a half-day horse riding experience that was very far from what we had originally expected. Again, when asked, the operator claimed this was due to high season and suggested it could not have been done. Worse, we found out that the actual booking had been made only TWO days before our actual visit day. At that point, we lost trust in the operator and felt that there were integrity issues at hand. It also felt as if they had only scrambled to book our trek at the last minute, either because they ignored or forgot it. Lastly, price-wise, we know from checks that the full-day visit is about USD233 pp (which we thought was catered for in the price we paid), while the horse-riding they booked for us was only USD83 pp. We first made this booking with Unu Raymi in APRIL 2024, for a trek in NOV 2024. This was plenty of time to communicate any scheduling challenges or accommodation non-availability to us. There was also no reason why the estancia visit could not have been booked early, especially when this was something we could have done ourselves directly with the estancia. We trusted this process to the operator, and they let us down. It was a long flight for us to get to Patagonia for this trek, and even though we went with the flow of things and overall enjoyed ourselves, there were also many small disappointments. So unless you specifically enjoy being surprised by changes at the last minute to your planned trip, I would not recommend this tour operator. While the operator has also said that they would look into a refund of unbooked elements, esp for the non-estancia visit, thus far there also has been no further communication. We are still waiting to see if there is going to be any service recovery done.

    • The itinerary was not accurate. There was also no communication when changes were made regarding the itinerary. There was also late accommodation's arranged since there was nothing actually planned for the day. The only contact available then blamed the customer for their lack of preparedness.

    • I would avoid booking with Ecuador Galapagos Travels. I booked a 2 day/ 3 night tour from San Pedro De Atacama to Uyuni after seeing the reverse option on their tour catalogue. They advised they could accommodate this and after my request for an English guide stated this would be the case. It turns out that all they do is outsource this tour to another company and subsequently removed all trace from tour Radar. This meant relying on them for pre departure information as the tour could no longer be found. After starting the tour it became apparent that they provided none of the pre departure information that was given to other travellers who booked direct with Uturunku (the company outsourced too). The two drivers also spoke no English. It also transpired they significantly increased the price compared to what other travellers paid through local agencies/hotels/hostels. On providing my concerns after the trip, I was dismissed with a reply simply stating they are always looking to improve their service. The trip itself and the salt flats were excellent but this was nothing to do with Ecuador Galapagos Travels and I would never recommend booking with them just to outsource and overcharge you
