Operators are generous and always willing to go the extra mile tours well organised
- by Elana LeighWe had a terrible experience on the Best of the Andes tour: Ausangate to Aconcagua. During our Peru tour, we faced several issues that impacted our experience negatively. The tour operator did not deliver what was advertised on Tourradar. Instead of gradually ascending and preparing ourselves for the high altitude by hiking, we spent most of our time driving and staying in hotels or local accommodations. The tour provider appeared disorganised, and accommodations changed frequently to cheaper options. Additionally, our flight ticket was booked at the last minute with an amateur misspelling of our names, which we had to explain at every airport check. The tour was not operated safely, especially in Peru, where no other climbers were present on the mountain during the rainy season. Our fellow traveller had no prior experience in high altitudes, and the tour rushed him to the summit day, putting his and our lives in danger. The climbing season for Aconcagua is from November to February, which is the rainy season in Peru and climbing to any summit in the Ausangate region requires more safety measures. However, the tour operator dismissed our safety concerns immediately and the tour responses did not reflect our experience and feedback from the tour guides. Overall, we spent approximately AUD 15000 on the tour, but we did not enjoy the experience. Instead, we constantly worried about the next stage plan and the safety of ourselves and our younger companion. We do not recommend this tour to anyone and hope that Tourradar takes appropriate action to prevent others from going through a similar experience.

Great overall and met all our expectations. The hotel was perfectly located and the private wine tour was worth every second. We did the trip to Aconcagua which was so beautiful but made for a very long day and too much driving, Had a great time rafting and enjoyed taking the hop on hop off bus to see the city which was so much better than imagined. Wonderful organization from Leiticia once more :)

Say Hueque helped make all of my travel plans a lot easier. I didn't have to worry about transportation once I arrived to my location or where I was going to stay. I felt very safe the entire time and like I was cared for well, which means a lot to me since I'm a young college student traveling in foreign country. I really liked the place we stayed at in Mendoza (Bohemia Hotel); it had personal homey touches and was very comfortable. It was also in a great location because we only had to walk a few blocks to get to some really great restaurants and bars. thank you for a wonderful experience.
- by Jessica MartinezWe liked them very much. Entre Cielos was great-- a wonderful place. We enjoyed our two days exploring vineyards. We loved Vistalba and especially Mendel. The selection of wineries as nice but if we had only one day it would not be as good. At a couple of places we got the full tour and learned a lot about wine making and got to taste some good wines. On our second day we liked Pulenta a lot. Andeluna was a bit of a waste because we only were there to taste wines (no tour), and lunch at Casa de Uco was very good and the setting was nice, but it was only a lunch spot. On the second day we toured only one winery so the day didn't have a lot of substance to it. Thank you again for your help
